Rojin Ghaderi

I Found Rojin through instagram, was amazed by her movements and her strength, gave her class a try and now I have been going for a full month. She has an amazing character and is very patient. I went as a beginner and can assure you that her classes are beginner friendly, yet she still manages to get you to do the most incredible positions in a short time no matter your experience and flexibility. She has all the qualities that you would look for in an instructor.

I had practiced yoga before meeting Rojin, and even though I worked with well-known instructors, I was disappointed because I didn’t see real improvement or feel like it was truly working for me. But once I found Rojin, everything changed. It’s been more than seven months training with her, and I still can’t believe the transformation in my body. I’ve become so much more flexible, stronger, and more confident in my progress. If you think becoming flexible is impossible, Rojin is definitely someone you should give a try. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly makes a difference.

I’ve been seeing my sister go to Rojin’s classes for a while now, and the difference in her mood and confidence after every class is honestly amazing. She comes home so motivated and excited that she even practices the positions around the house afterwards 😭 Rojin creates such a positive and encouraging environment, and you can truly tell how passionate and patient she is with her students. Definitely recommend her classes whether you’re a beginner or more advanced.

Rojin is an amazing and energetic instructor! Her classes are the perfect mix of challenge and relaxation. I always leave her sessions feeling refreshed and stronger. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great yoga experience in Toronto!
