I had such a great experience with Persia. She did my refill perfectly and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. She was very friendly, patient, and made sure everything looked exactly the way I wanted. The salon was also very clean, welcoming, and had a really nice atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and the whole experience felt comfortable from start to finish. You can tell Persia really cares about her work and about making her customers happy. I would definitely recommend Persia and this salon to anyone looking for great service and a perfect refill. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My first experience at this salon and I’m over the moon! Beautiful interior design and Sepideh’s work is incredible. She spent nearly 6 hours on my hair, did a full head of highlights for balayage, grey root coverage, finished with a hair cut and beautiful blow dry. She was so polite, pleasant, detail oriented and worked so diligently. I love the final shade of blonde, it compliments my skin tone and I appreciated her tip to alternate between full head coverage and half head between appointments for the health of my hair - this level of honesty and care in service is rare these days. I live down the street and saw good reviews, so I decided to give this place a try. I booked a Russian manicure and lash extensions, and everything looked fine until I got home. The nails are smudged along the sides, and one has the polish rubbed off at the corner. The lashes were disappointing. My right eye looks patchy because several extensions started falling out as soon as I got home, and when I looked closer, a lot of my natural lashes never got an extension at all. On top of that, I booked online at $226 tax included and was charged $248, with no explanation of what the extra $22 was for. I'm not one to argue over prices, but a surprise charge with no breakdown doesn't sit right. The ladies were lovely and the atmosphere was nice, but the work was subpar, and I won't be coming back.

I have been going to Sepi for over a year now. I can’t express how much I love her service, styling and attention to details. She is extremely talented, skilled, caring and welcoming! She has always been very respectful, professional and expressed her creative outlet in a way that would make sense to me. She’s a true visionary. I am very picky with my who I let style my eyebrows given how hard they are to style, when I moved to Toronto I struggled with finding the right one. Until I found Sepi, and I am very very grateful for her ❤️ In addition to eyebrow styling, she has brought my hair back to life, whether it be the treatments she carefully customizes for me or her one of a kind haircuts, I couldn’t be happier to be her client, and to me she has become a huge part of my community here and I really hope hers grows as well! Edit : the response from the salon is not surprising and also perplexing considering the service was done over a month ago - hard to believe you’d recall the duration. furthermore : you advertise the service as 1h20min . If you want to pay $85 for a 15 min pedicure (I timed it) then this is the place for you. Outrageous especially for the rushed time . Sort of in shock and wish I had questioned the price and quality of work before leaving but always want to support our local businesses. But I do NOT recommend this place

I went there yesterday to get a haircut. First of all, I had to wait a long time, and then they treated me in a rude and unprofessional manner. If being treated with respect matters to you, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I did manicure and not satisfied at all. Bleeding on my skin, not a good coloring and left small scratch’s on my skin with double charging! Not worth for paying$100!

Today was our first time visiting, and Carolina attended to us. My daughter and I were delighted with her service. She works with great care and attention to every detail. Thank you so much for your work. As an added bonus, she speaks Spanish, which made us very happy. 100% RECOMMENDED

The staff are warm and professional, and the space has such a relaxing vibe.

The prices were also reasonable for the quality of service.

I definitely fell in love with the place and will now become a regular customer.
