I’m disappointed with my experience at this optical store. I had an appointment scheduled, but it was cancelled unilaterally without proper notice or a reasonable explanation. This was quite inconvenient and showed a lack of respect for my time. Reliable scheduling and clear communication are basic expectations for any professional service. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards. I hope they improve their appointment management and customer communication in the future. Thank you for your response. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have no idea how this place hires its employees, but I had an awful experience with one of them, named Sara, today. I visited the shop on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Sara was the only employee there, dealing with three other customers. I informed her that I needed to change the lenses of my daughter's glasses, and she took my order but gave me incorrect information about using my spouse’s insurance. She initially asked me to verify the insurance details and invited me to her desk to check the information together. I went through the details with her, providing everything from my daughter's name and date of birth to the exact coverage information. She accepted the order. However, on Monday, when it was time to make the payment, Sara suddenly informed me that she could not process the payment through my insurance and that I would have to cover t

The worst service ever. The guy is very impolite and aggressive. Not professional at all, very unfriendly. Sell cheap aftermarket glasses as brand. You have to go there several times for a simple eye check. The optometrists who work there have little knowledge.They mostly mis diagnose and prescribe wrong glasses. I don't recommend them at all. I would give them zero star if it was possible. Unfortunately the system won't allow zero star.

I normally don't give such low ratings to merchants, where I can help it. But, in this case Rad is; Overe-xpensive, Unsupportive and unwilling to take responsibility when it comes to customer care. Just about the only business attributes left in N. America.

My family and I got the services from Mr .Farshid. His customer care was awful, we had a bad experience to comminucate with him. We never ever back to his store again.

Great service! The owner helped us fix our glasses frame and made the lenses secure again. The service was free and very efficient. Really appreciate the help and will definitely come back again!
