Wow they've raised their price so much. I used to get my haircut here for $65 dollars when I lived closer recently. Now, got the same haircut and it's now $96. They don't disinfect their brushes after they use them, just back into the drawer with all the other unused brushes. At this price it's better to go to more reputable hair salons. EDIT after response from business: the website says $65. Prices are not clearly displayed in the salon. I was moved to another chair and told she would cut again when it was blow dried I wasn't told it was an extra charge. I asked clearly when I walked in if there was enough time for a hair cut, never asked for a blowout and didn't need one since I was going home. I don't do blowouts so I was trusting it was part of the cut and I wasn't being upsold without my okay. As for the larger brushes put back after being used on me with other brushes not used on

I had a great experience at Queens Quay Hair Design. I got my hair done and a mini facial, and I was very happy with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail. Thank you for the lovely service.

Please avoid this salon if you need even a decent haircut. They will trap you to spend more on below avg services. Worst experience ever. Regret spending every dollar here. Went for a hair cut which is more like a rough patchy cut. Poor skills by the guy.

I went last week for a haircut. I loved how welcoming the barber man was. He did the job within 15 min and I loved the haircut. Today I went for just a neck trim and when I wanted to pay he said it's ok you do not need to pay. I loved the generosity, how welcoming they are, how professional, clean and def vert reasonable price! I think they gained a new client :) Highly recommended if you wanna feel welcomed and between safe hands.

I wanted to give it a try despite some bad reviews. Unfortunately i have to say do not go there. I asked for a cut from a picture, I had to explain multiple times that i wanted the bangs to be shorter and the hair layered. I finally got a decent result for the bangs but the layering is non existant, she just layered my hair a bit on the front but behind there is no sign of layers. While drying my hair I felt the scalp burning multiple times and I had to remove myself from the hairdrier. The shampoo itself was really quick and definitely not a good one. The price is not convenient either. No point in going there.

Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not worth $76! I went in for a haircut and was initially quoted $69 for a wash and cut. Naturally, I assumed that a proper blow-dry and basic styling would be part of the service, but apparently, that wasn’t included. This should have been clearly communicated upfront. What disappointed me even more was the actual haircut. I have very long hair and specifically told the stylist she could use her professional discretion to suggest what would suit me best. I mentioned that I was open to either a U-cut or a V-cut. When I asked her which one she was doing, she casually responded that there was practically no difference between the two, except that one would require cutting more hair than the other. I went in just to get the ends of my hair trimmed, and I honestly don’t know what they did to my hair. I’m so frustrated and upset. It looks completely wrong.

Came in with 4 inches of dark roots, stubborn seafoam color, and muddy blonde hair. I cannot believe how even and beautiful they got me in less than 4 hours. Green to purple is a really difficult transition and they did a fantastic job!

A hidden gem on the Harbour front 🌊💎.. they always do a phenomenal job, the staff is very friendly & accommodating (always a walk-in). And very reasonable prices.

They burnt my hair and left me with orange colour hair roots. On top of that, they were extremely rude and charged me $350. Absolutely traumatizing experience. Please do not believe the positive reviews- it’s all fake unfortunately.

I would have given a zero star .i went in Saturday for wash and blow dry. I didn’t even feel the fingers on my scalp . I scalp was oily and dirty even after the wash … it was so bad. The hair was not clean didnot even condition the hair . I paid 60$ just a horrible wash and blow dry . I hate the feeling of spending money and leaving with dirty oily hair … would never go back . And I wish hair places understand how important it is to do their job properly instead of doing it just for the sake of it .

Had issues with the booking system, which wasn't necessarily their fault. I tried to explain this and the owner was very rude. I asked for my hair to be cut evenly & to get rid of the layers - he didn't do this and now my hair is different lengths. Rushed the appointment to fit someone else in. A female colleague kept pushing for me to have a wash, cut and blow dry - very, very pushy & uncomfortable. Won't be going back.

In response to to owners comment, I stated and asked when I first walked in that I wanted both done and asked what the price was and was told 35 total for both befor any work was done. Second the woman who worked on my hair DID NOT go over any discussion with me about any iritation that may or may not occur when getting hair cut that is a flat out lie. Third the person cutting my hair just keeps going down in size and not listing to me when I said what I wanted it is your job to respectwhat a customer asks of you, i dont think i can leave my apartment for a cupple of days do to how bad i think i look, or i just have to where a hat.
