WORST supplier ever. I tried to call them for a request, they said no without letting me know why. When I called them back to understand why they couldn't help me, they responded aggressively and hung up on me. I have never worked with such a unprofessional supplier

The wedding cards were off center for a lot of them and some had lines on them, the seating chart board had dents in them when given to us, and they were slightly rude when telling us the board was available did not have time to reprint for the wedding would not recommend For the wedding card print job, we asked if the file we provided was the correct format they require as to avoid issues like this

Mr Fairouz was a very nice gentleman and helped facilitate a rush order to make my document print ready. There was some miscommunication regarding price as I thought he had totalled the entire print for an agreed upon amount. However, this was not the case and he charged the two prints the same- though one was a one sided print and would require less ink. When I inquired he said it does not matter whether it is one sided or two, it is still the same price which did not make sense to me. I was upset over the pricing as it was double what I thought; I was then told that he waived a set up fee to help make the document ready, but there was no mention of this before. While the product was nice, I felt like my limited knowledge was taken advantage of. As I was still upset over the pricing, I communicated with two friends in the industry who said that even with a rush premium it should not be

So disappointed about this place!!!!! 11.20 around 7pm. There was three men in the room. I wanna print a bunch of paper, so I ask to log in to my email account(as I usually did) He said no. Then I ask to have a wifi password pls, cause I need to print a lot. He said no. Ok, ok, so I realize this man is not nice as others that I met before. And I ask HOW MUCH FOR 3 BLACK-WHITE PAPERS? HE SAID 4 Dollars, THATS CRAZING!!!!! AND IT TOOK 10MINS, CAUSE HE WAS TALKING WOTH OTHERS ANS FORGOT TO RECEIVE MY EMIAL. I ASK YOU GOT IT ? HE SAID OH I FORGOT IT. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I RATHER RUN TO PRINT 2GO PRINT2GO>PRINT4U👎

I ordered business card for a day, they said you can get your invoice if you email, but after few times call and email still they didn't send it for me
