P&O General Construction Inc 🇨🇦

Payam's team just finished installing vinyl flooring in our unit, and we couldn't be happier. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The floors look absolutely seamless and beautiful. If you need a flooring project done right, I highly recommend them!

I recently had P&O General Construction Inc. renovate my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, their team was professional, transparent, and attentive to my needs. They kept me informed throughout the process and completed the project on time. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation.

P&O General Construction Inc was an absolute pleasure to work with. Before our project, we interviewed 5 different contractors for the job, and he stood out immediately. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and also very kind and trustworthy. He and his team were extremely professional throughout and such hard workers. It was so impressive to watch - they never wasted any time. They got in and out, and the end result was amazing. I highly recommend P&O General Construction Inc. We will definitely be using them again

I had the pleasure of participating in my first photo and video shoot for the P&O Markham project. P&O is a highly esteemed and experienced construction company, and their work is truly remarkable. The team is highly professional, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend their services and look forward to the possibility of collaborating with them again in the future.

Timely, efficient, professional, and reasonable price

For the past four months, we have had two construction assignments for Mr. Payam and his company to take care of; the first one was to install the washroom/shower ceiling fan and replace the ceiling drywalls, which he was able to complete the job within three days; however, his final work was not as spotless as was promised. The second assignment was to replace the damaged basement washroom pipe. Unfortunately, he was unable to diagnose the sewer pipe problem correctly and resolve the toilet concern; instead, he unnecessarily removed and reinstalled the shower unit, worsening the malfunctioning toilet flushing issue. Not only did he charge us almost five grants to deliver the deteriorating experience, but he also misadvised our current tenant to vacate the unit ASAP rather than resolve the trouble.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have an acceptable experience working with Mr Payam… in his appointed assignments, he was unable to fix any of the original problems
