I have only been to 2 appointments so far, but I have nothing but good things to say about North York Dental. I've been taken very good care of and I am very happy with the results of my appointments so far. The staff are professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They make sure that I am comfortable and that I am aware of every procedure that is being done. I am usually so afraid of going to a dental clinic because of my previous experience at a different place, but I am comfortable at this clinic and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I can't thank Dr. Hafizi and his team enough for helping me get through my journey, I needed extensive work done and I couldn't be happier. Everyone in the office is so nice and patient. The reception staff were excellent at providing information and guidance. I received treatment (dental fillings and gum care) by Dr. Sayed Hafizi ; for the first time in my life, I felt absolutely no pain for about two hours—an indication to his high level of competence and professionalism. I asked for a quote on teeth cleaning, and I was told it would cost me $700 because I was a new customer and I need multiple unnecessary pre-check ups done. What a rip off!

I took my daughter here for the 1st time. She is 18 and she was traveling the next day. The office was able to fit her in last minute appointment and the dr was great. She said it was the best dentist experience ever!! Thank you

Service really going downhill here. Some of the new dentists emerging on the scene here nowadays(like harakati, and others), I noticed and dealt with, and hygienists , even secretaries, at times, need some assistance and revision in medicine and manners . It feels like they like to refer you to their " personal circle of specialists". Which are not good, and wasted my time and money! Sorry North York. There are so many great, qualified and intelligent dentists out there. I found a new and more professional, honest and caring office.

Beware of this dental clinic!! I used to be a patient of Dr. Shem Tov many years ago, and decided to come back based on my great experience with him. HE IS NO LONGER THERE and the new staff only care to charge as much as they possible can to your insurance, especially if they know you have two insurances. Their hygienist Neda charged me for 5 units scaling for a cleaning visit. She did two cleaning appointments within a week because she did not allocate enough time during the first scheduled cleaning to also do the x-rays. She charged 2 units of scaling for cleaning 2 quadrants (sections of the mouth) and then charged 3 units of scaling a week later to complete the cleaning of the other 2 quadrants for a total of 5 units of scaling to complete one cleaning. They did not know that I used to work at a dental office so I know exactly what should be charged for a typical cleaning visit, and

I was their customer for 19 years. I was still their customer even when I moved to Durham region. But, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, after Dr. Eli Shem-Tov decided to sell his practice everything started going down the hill. He still works there, but he is no longer the owner. Different management and staffs. Leoni the office manager still works there. They tried to keep the familiar older faces around, but they failed on everything else. The place is not as clean as before, their TVs stopped working for a while and no one bother to fixed them, and other stuffs that show lack of care and maintenance. The place used to show pride of ownership, but no longer. If they don't maintain little things like TVs, I can imagine what else they don't maintain. The room is so small, no window, is under the basement, and washroom is near to the room. Quality of everything is zero

Bad character. They treat their clients poorly. Try to find a more kind dentist to deal with.

The group of dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, staff are all wonderful.

Amazing people, amazing service, great with young children.

The entire staff made me feel comfortable and quickly put me at ease.
