I’ve had my haircut here several times and have been very happy with the results. This time I tried to book an appointment for after work and the appointment was automatically rescheduled for an earlier time slot that I couldn’t make. I tried changing it back and it was rescheduled even earlier than the first time. Why would you keep evening time slots open if you’re not going to honour that?

Arman is a great professional—kind, ethical, and highly skilled. The environment is very clean, calm, and welcoming. Shakiba is a highly skilled nail technician. Her work is precise, stylish, and extremely clean. She follows all hygiene standards and is very professional.

I asked for a classic short crew cut with scissor work on top. The fade on the sides was done well, but the barber used clippers/razor on top instead of scissors like I specifically requested. The appointment felt rushed — I was in and out in about 15 minutes for a $45 cut. I also didn’t notice the tools being cleaned between clients, which concerned me. Overall, not the style or experience I expected.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I left with a visibly uneven cut that looked completely lopsided from the left side to the right. The stylist lacked basic attention to detail, missed obvious symmetry issues, and didn't seem to know how to properly balance the hair. I won't be returning.—save your money and go somewhere else.

I had the worst experience here, the guy there doesn’t even care about his customers. He cut my hair so quick and just let me go. His service is not worth the price. The fade was so bad and he didn’t even show me in the mirror; I had to ask him to please show me. I went back home and had to cut at a diff place to level it.

In my entire life, I have never walked out of a barber with such a noticeable difference between the left and right sides, and I’m not particularly punctilious when it comes to haircuts. The fade was RIDICULOUS. My GF, who has barely ever held a trimmer, had to fix the mess. I couldn’t properly see the result while I was there due to an extremely strong white light that makes it hard to notice details. The fact that this place is currently rated 4.3 is a mystery to me.

I showed a reference photo (ash blonde highlights), but the stylist insisted it was "gold" and said he could do it. The first bleach attempt with foils was uneven, and the second time he used a single foil over my whole head — highly unprofessional. The result was orange, not ash blonde, and I suffered a chemical burn on my scalp. I paid $270 for this and left extremely disappointed.

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. My hair was longer and not freshly washed, and instead of stopping and asking me to wash it or offering a wash, the stylist repeatedly commented that it was “not clean” while continuing the cut. During the haircut, the clippers were used in a way that caused pain. When I reacted, the stylist made a sarcastic remark rather than adjusting or apologizing. When I expressed concern that the sides were being cut too short for an upcoming job interview, the response again focused on comments about cleanliness instead of addressing the request. If there was an issue with the condition of my hair, a professional approach would have been to clearly say so and pause the service. Continuing while making disparaging remarks and ignoring feedback was not acceptable. I won’t be returning.

Terrible experience. I don’t understand why this place has good reviews. The guy working in the first chair today couldn’t even cut my bangs straight for $25 — a two-minute job that a child could do better. I specifically asked in advance if he could do it the way I wanted, he said yes, and then ruined my hairstyle. On top of that, he told me that my face was “not like in the picture,” as if that justified the bad result. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This is more than a barber shop. Very friendly and professional staff. You can make friends here. Armaan gave me the best haircut. Really appreciate their efforts in everything.

Went there first time. New, Excellent and clean, amazing barbershop. Phenomenal skin fadeand beard lineup by Majed. I’m very happy. Amazing customer service and respectful. The hot towel service was 👍🏼 Ali’s skin fade was amazing and son loved it. Bob is an amazing hairdresser for females and I was very impressed and surprised by work on trim and layers for my 9yr old daughter. The prices are amazing and very reasonable compared to others nearby HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
