I recently visited Mona Hair Salon and unfortunately had an incredibly unsatisfactory experience. Not only did they overcharge me for their services, but the haircut I received was nothing short of a disaster. The haircut itself was a nightmare. I had clearly communicated my preferences to the stylist, but it seemed like my instructions were completely ignored. The end result was a choppy, uneven mess that left me horrified and embarrassed. Do not recommend!

I’ve never colored my hair before. I decided to give it a try. My stylist was Mona, I clearly explained what I want and showed some pictures but ended up with something compeletly diffrent. I wanted chocolate brown color which is somthing so simple on my natural hair. What I ‘ve got is 2 colors from root to tip of my hair , my roots are so bright but tip of my hair is dark. When I complained her recation wasn’t professional. After telling her hundred times that my hair is natural without any color, I was accused to be a lier and I was told that you have colored your hair before ,instead of simple apology.

Nice and welcoming lady but absolutely an inexperienced men hair stylist. Very disappointing haircut. I ended up going to another salon to fix what she left on my head. I would never recommend this place for men haircuts.
