We have been with MERSEY for several years on a contract basis. They always call when services do so we don’t have to run after them today. Our preseason air conditioning service was done by Rocky. We were notified in advance by text that he was coming the next day. We were then reminded in the morning that he would be here within the given service window. He arrived within the service window. I was impressed that Rocky was very polite and clearly efficient. He use bootees to cover his feet when he was indoors he politely asked for access to the different areas of the house and outdoors that he needed to, do his work. He then gave a thorough

Zhao was our technician today. It was our yearly check up on our Furnace and Air Conditioner. Zhao has been to our house before. Always polite, pleasant and at the end of the furnace/air conditioner check reviews with me all that he checked. Great service Zhao!

We have been very happy with our Lennox AC and Furnace machines installed a few years back. it is thanks to your experienced technicians that keep these machines very well maintained. Most recently Emmanuel George did an excellent job. He is very experienced, polite and has a very pleasant personality.

Scheduled maintenance for the furnace and ac, service technician today was Cory Latino. Very courteous and explained everything that was done today. The air filter and humidifier pad needed replacing and Cory came prepared, all he had to do was get it from his truck and popped it back into the furnace and humidifier. Work was efficient and tidy. Well done!

Technician Cory arrived on time for scheduled service on my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to review the status of my furnace. Cory was also very forthcoming in providing his expertise on all of my hvac related questions.
