Melina came recommended by a close friend of mine, and I'm glad I went with her as my agent. She was upfront with the current market conditions, and what to expect in this current market trend. She was very truthful, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I really appreciated that. I'm really picky and she showed great patience and professionalism. Thanks again for putting up with me! She always kept me informed and I never really had to follow up with her for updates. If you're looking for a real estate agent, you'll be in great hands with her. I'll definitely use her again.

She found my family a wonderful and super clean house to live in within our budget, a total catch!!! None of the realtors we’ve previously worked with were able to find us anything half as decent as she has. Thank you so much Melina!!! We definitely plan on working with her when it comes to purchasing a house next year!

Melina has been a source of comfort for me. I have been struggling to find a house for so long. Melina looked at so so many houses with me and we found a beautiful house !!! She is amazing I genuinely recommend her, she is amazing at her job.

Melina is an exceptional agent who goes above and beyond what is expected of her. She is caring and very knowledgeable and these are the two most important qualities to me when it comes to working with a real state agent. I would be asking her services for years to come.
