Im so happy with the flowers i got on Valentines day. So beautifull and the price at Mamica flowers are very affordable. !!!

After visiting several other shops that couldn’t accommodate the design we had in mind, Mamica stepped in and truly went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough! They created a stunning, custom floral arrangement for my friend’s mom’s funeral on very short notice, and their kindness and professionalism were unmatched. They were incredibly attentive, asking thoughtful questions to understand exactly what we wanted, and their attention to detail was evident in the final arrangement—it was absolutely beautiful and deeply meaningful. The lady at Mamica flower did an amazing job with my two flower bouquets. Both bouquets were generously full, beautifully arranged with the colour combination I had requested. The price was very reasonable, and she went above and beyond in her service.

Ordered through DoorDash for Mother’s day and there were items missing upon delivery. I called the store and the owner was very kind to offer a free delivery of the missing items himself! Bouquets looked great, would recommend the service and shop!

Amazing flowers , amazing prices !

I ordered two bouquets for pickup, gave specific instructions for each bouquet (one with small dandelion flowers and baby breath; the other with sunflowers accompanied with more greens). I paid $40 before tax for each. When I went to pick up the bouquets it was nothing like what I had asked for. Both bouquets looked the same and did not have the specific flowers I asked for. When I told the owner that he just seemed confused and insisted he did what I asked for (he did not speak English very well). I would never order flowers from here again.

Unreasonable price with low quality bouquets, the attitude was bad actually. There are other bouquets stores in Richmond Hill, go somewhere else. They also forgot my order, I had to go to other stores to get bouquets on my special day. Highly NOT recommended, please avoid this store if possible.

Similar experience from some other reviewers below re: refunding orders: I ordered flowers for delivery, but the website lagged out and so I assumed that the first order did not complete. I completed a second order - but it turns out the first one did indeed complete. I called them (no email contact exists) to remove the second order, and the employee was rather unhelpful. They said they would speak to Teleflora, the company handling online orders, to cancel it. I called a week later to follow up, as I still saw the charge on my credit card. Again, unhelpful employee - no idea how to remove the charge, and the confirmation number I received in my email was four digits. They required a number with ten digits. I was directed to Teleflora, called them, tried to get the item removed, and was told that they didn't have jurisdiction and to call the florist. After being pushed back and forth

Do not order anything from this place. My boyfriend ordered me roses days in advance and I never got the flowers. He spent all day phoning the shop looking for their status, and no one would answer the phone. I went in to complain and to find out what happened and the owner's response was that "I guess the delivery guy forgot". They had received the order, it had been paid for, but they just didn't do anything except take his money. He also had no explanation as to where my arrangement was. The lady who had been in line in front of me had the same problem as well. Will never order anything from here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST! Read the post below, the exact same thing just happened to me! I wish I had checked the reviews before choosing this florist. I placed an order online, the delivery never showed up and when I called, the man (who I could barely understand and was also extremely rude) told me that he cancelled my order and to call TELEFLORA for a refund. Which was questionable, because I hadn't even given him my name or reference number yet - so why was that the first thing he said to me when I called? THIS FLORIST IS A SCAMMER! HE DOES THIS TO EVERYONE! I was charged the full amount for my order and he refuses to acknowledge that this happened. I received email confirmation about the order when I placed it, so if it was cancelled why didn't anyone notify me?? Or refund me??
