The food was delicious, fresh, and high quality. You can really tell that care goes into every dish. The owner was also very warm and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again 🤍

We had to come all the way from Montreal just to check out Lipar Box and honestly, it was 100% worth it! 😍 If you’re in Toronto (or even if you’re not!), this place is a must visit for persian snack lovers. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Lipar Box in North York is now one of my favourite late night food spots. The Persian style grilled cheeses here are some of the best I have ever had, and my friend and I were genuinely surprised by how good everything was. The Signature grilled cheese and the pepperoni version were both excellent, super cheesy and packed with flavour. The sandwiches are a bit heavy on the sauce, but it actually works really well with the bread and fillings and makes the whole thing feel more complex than a typical grilled cheese. Portions are generous and the prices are very fair for what you get. On top of the food, the service was fantastic. The owner was incredibly friendly, took the time to explain the menu, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Small mom and pop shop run by a kind Persian family. They specialize in Persian street food. FOOD (4/5) 4.5/5 - Signature Cheesetron. Essentially a Persian take on a loaded grilled cheese stuffed with braised beef, chicken, mushrooms, and cheese and topped with their signature sauce, ketchup and hickory sticks. Savoury, tangy, melty, and really good to scratch that hangover-esque food. Best eaten hot! 4/5 - Classic Cheesetron. Same as the Signature minus a few of the protein ingredients and loaded with more ham/jambon. Also really delicious but I would opt for the Signature over the Classic. I Order their Cheese Sausage regulary through Uber Eats and i have to say They Follow the Exact Instructions u mentioned every time , the quality of the Bread is 10 out of 10 and their sausage is super Premium ! This is the Best Spot for fresh snack and Sandwich by faar ! 10 out of 10

They lost our order when they got busy (hopefully by accident!) and we ended up waiting almost hour and half , Honestly, they really need to pay attention to customers (((specially strange customers not friends !!!!! )))

They only have three small tables close together, so if you are a large person, forget about sitting there. I had to wait 40 minutes for my order since they are understaffed, so I would advise calling ahead. My God, when Persians see other Persians behind the counter, they stop to have a 20-minute conversation, which extends the wait time. As a non-Persian, I didn’t feel like they wanted me there or even wanted to serve me and if you are Indian, forget about it. As a side note, a bald Persian guy was asking his friend to cut the line in front of me. My wife was translating what he was saying on the phone with me. I hope he was drunk, because if he was sober and saying all that, he has bigger problems and the staff was allowing it. Thankfully, the guy behind me politely turned down his offer. Thank you to that guy for not turning this into a nasty situation.

Really don’t understand the 5 star reviews here. The food is just meat and cheese pressed between two slices of wonder bread using a George Foreman grill or something similar. The owner is super nice, but there’s less than 50 square feet of seating space and nothing special overall.

Everything was absolutely delicious and tasted exactly like the snacks and sandwiches back home in Iran. Everything we tried was amazing, flavorful, and fresh, and the service was excellent. Mr. Moradi was very kind and even gave us complimentary fries, which was such a nice gesture. Definitely recommend everyone to try this place!!! It would be even better if the place was bigger so there was more space to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.
