As someone who has seen many physiotherapists over the years, Rachel Tam stands out. I'm currently seeing Rachel for ongoing neck and shoulder pain, and the results have been outstanding. Over the years, I'd gotten used to physiotherapy appointments that mostly involved being hooked up to a machine for 30–60 minutes. While those treatments certainly have their place, Rachel's approach is different—she's incredibly thorough, focused on getting to the root cause of the problem, and uses a variety of techniques that make a real difference. She's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping her patients feel better. She's also incredibly personable and brings a positive energy that makes every appointment a great experience. I highly recommend her.

I had an excellent experience at Kinatex! I came in because of knee pain from playing volleyball. Trinity provided an amazing massage that helped relieve the tightness and discomfort, and Negin was very knowledgeable and thorough with my chiropractic assessment and treatment. The team also made the process of getting a knee brace quick and hassle-free. They ordered the right brace for me promptly, and it arrived exactly on time. The clinic is clean, well organized, and welcoming, and the reception staff are very friendly and professional. Daniel is an excellent physiotherapist,knowledgeable, skilled, and respectful. I scheduled my appointment 4-5 days in advance for 4:40 PM with Dr. Negin. The morning of, they called asking if I could come in at 2:10 PM, which I couldn’t, as I was at work. I arrived on time and waited until 5:00 PM with no update from staff. When I finally asked what was taking so long and whether they had overbooked, the receptionist went to check and the chiropractor came out almost immediately, suggesting they simply hadn’t prioritized getting to me. She then informed me the appointment would require a full hour for an assessment. Given that she was already 20 minutes behind, I let her know I couldn’t stay for the full hour as I had to pick up my kids from daycare. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she questioned why I couldn’t stay, then offered to cancel and reschedule. She did admit they had overbooked but deflected blame, citing an “emergency” patient as justification, w

Booked my appointment online with Maxine and the physiotherapist did not show up for my appointment. Unprofessional as she didn't even check her schedule. I was then offered to come back in 2 hrs to see someone else in which I declined. Then the receptionist tried to schedule me with the athletic therapist which at that point I lost all confidence in this clinic. I wasted my hour and even waited the 20mins that the reception said she'd be at the clinic. What an insult. Don't waste people's time!

Very disorganized clinic, making false promises and excuses. I ended up paying out of pocket.

staffs r v helpful. the shop itself is quite tiny, at least 2 v small & narrow theraphy "rooms" r in open office surrounded by curtains only, which always had patients, theraphists, or equipments bumping at each other between the 2 rooms. Else would have given at least 4 stars.

Therapist Priya Shah is very helpful and a professional. Although I love this clinic it is a bit dirty.

He quickly identified the root cause of my chronic knee and ankle pains.

I highly recommend this place for any massage, chiro and physio treatments.
