I was quite nervous about entering the current market as a condo seller, but thanks to Jenny, the process from our first meeting to the prep and closing our deal was handled professionally and with care. Sellers beware** Karina states on all her MLS listings that she will deduct a $100 marketing fee from other agents commissions on top of the thousands sellers already pay her. Not sure if she informs her clients she’s doing this but this may deter showings and buyers wanting to put in an offer just simply based off the ethics of the agent. Have had buyers ask about this and then decide against putting in an offer because the agent came off as greedy. Your cost of business should not be passed onto others and seller clients should be aware that you are taking from the co-op commission as well as this may ultimately affect the offers they get.

You have great ratings on here.....I would be inclined to maybe offer a 5 star rating if I was privileged enough to get a reply to my text messages from you or at at least someone in your brokerage firm. I wonder how your clients feel about you ignoring messages inquiring about a property that has sat on the market for a lot longer than it needs to.....under your leadership !!!
