Had a wonderful experience at Karahi Hut! The food tasted just like a home-cooked meal, fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I tried the Tawa Qeema with Paratha, which was absolutely delicious, and the Veal Pulao was equally amazing, full of authentic flavor. The ambience is warm, beautifully decorated, and very inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. What made the experience even better was the lady owner, who was extremely polite, welcoming, and well-mannered. Her hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic Pakistani food with a homely taste and excellent service. Looking forward to coming back!

I’ve tried Pakistani restaurants all across Canada, and this place has the best nihari I’ve had so far. The flavor is rich, authentic, and cooked perfectly. Their naan is fresh, soft, and pairs perfectly with the nihari. The halwa puri is also very good and definitely worth ordering. The service has always been excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive every time I’ve visited. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Karahi Hut in Pickering delivered an exceptional experience for our Eid gathering. We had our brunch today with family at **Karahi Hut – pickering branch**, and it was an amazing experience! The **paratha, chana, aloo ka salan, and puri Nihari has room for improvement , were all incredibly delicious — honestly better than many restaurants we've tried in the Durham region. This was definitely one of my best brunch experiences. The restaurant is **compact but tidy and clean**, and the **staff is polite and humble**. I would confidently give it a **4-star rating** and will definitely be coming back with friends and family. Highly recommended!

The karahi is rich and authentic, the naan is served hot and fresh, and every dish we've tried has been excellent. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The owners genuinely care about their customers and make you feel at home. Great Halwa Puri!!

I think only their breakfast is good, ordered haleem from them for guests and it had massive chunks of onions in it like someone forgot to chop them and the taste wasn't good either. Naans were fresh and good but overpriced compared to other places. I don't mind paying the price they want but taste and quality should be good as well!

I was very disappointed with the service during my visit today. It was awful. Upon arrival, I asked the girl at the cashier if a table for two was available, and she requested that we wait a few minutes while a table was being cleaned. However, once the table was ready, it was given to another group. When I raised the issue, the response from the server felt arrogant and unapologetic , and we were asked to wait again for another table. Unfortunately, the same situation occurred a second time. As a result, my wife and I decided to leave the restaurant. The food here has always been enjoyable, which makes this experience even more disappointing. There was previously a welcoming auntie who made customers feel valued and appreciated. Compared to past visits, the service and management experience this time felt significantly dissapointing.

The experience was absolutely ruined when they unapologetically charged a 15% service fee for two people without any mention of it on the menu or anything on the table or even while paying. We figured we paid $5 more on $26 food and went back to ask. What’s this service charge, and why don’t we have a choice. Restaurants give you a choice if you want to pay a tip or charge a fee if you have a large number of people on a table which is also clearly written on the menu. I won’t ever return or recommend a place that charges sneakily like that. Also Nihari was saltish..

Came here on a snowy weather today as we were looking for a place nearby to dineout. We ordered butter chicken for my daughter and shinwari karahi as per owner's suggestion. The food was so below average and even never tasted fresh.I explained the waitress about the food and she said she has passed it to the kitchen staff. When we were paying the bill I addressed the issues with the onwer again but it seems like he doesn't care and has attitude. I mean where is customer service and being polite or just being apologetic or offering a compensation. The owner did not seem to even acknowledge it. I wish I could give zero stars. Never going there. The problem is people don't understand when you are running a business in service industry bad reviews can really affect your bussiness. Never visiting this place again. We ordered chicken biryani and beef karahi it taste so bad the meat smells! Also the biryani box is so small and its literally basmati rice with a lot of food coloring! How are you guys calling that biryani im never coming here again!
