K1 Floral Studio

I chose this combination orchid and succulent arrangement as a gift to a friend whose daughter is getting married. I anticipated that succulent would be in the forefront but it was buried behind the orchids. The succulent wasn't even noticed by my friend until I told her that it should be there. I think if you're selling this as a succulent/orchid arrangement, it should be prominently displayed. As you can see in the photo, the succulent seems buried and not visible at all. Also, the orchids in the photo on the website are light green/cream and the ones delivered are pink. I suspect that was an availability issue but I think the other colour displayed on the website is nicer and more elegant looking,.

They made 3 beautiful bouquets for my holiday dining table. I brought in my own vases and they filled them with gorgeous flowers in the colour scheme I requested. Simply stunning!

Hi I always ordered flowers from your store, but unfortunately two of the lily petals were broken and were found inside the wrapping around the flowers. This was disappointing and did not reflect a good image or reputation for your business. I expected better quality and more careful handling of the arrangement. Please pay more attention to these details in future orders.

I ordered two bouquets for my mom and my wife for mother's day. One is perfect, the other one is below my expectation, especially comparing first one. When I asked. The boss said It's designed like this. I am not convinced. Will not order again from this store.

I preordered the flowers over the phone. Horrible flowers! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I have never been to K1 before, so I thought I would give it a try because the reviews on google were pretty good and it was close to my house. Later on, I found out I was wrong. On the phone, I ordered "blushing love bouquet" in premium package that was displayed on their website. Also, I specifically told them that the flowers were for a wedding. After a few days, when I arrived the store to pick up the flowers, I was shocked. The flowers were wilted and the style was very old fashioned. The bouquet was totally different from the picture on their website. She told me that the flowers had JUST arrived the day before and they were still fresh. I was very upset with her respond because I think it was a lie and even if it's not, it was not my fault that the store had ordered decayed flowers. She offered me

I didn't visit here recently, the first and last time I did business with them was mother's day. I live 5 minutes away, they opened at 9am that day to do deliveries...it was nearly 8 when I went over to actually inquire. After confirming with the driver that they wouldn't be for awhile longer, I requested a refund, and they obliged. They were cordial about things, but I kind of wish they planned deliveries differently, but it's not my business.

1) I explained the flowers must be delivered between 9-5. They told me no problem, and it arrived at 5:05. 2) I specified I wanted a white box for the long stem roses they said there is a charge for that I said ok no problem, and they delivered them in a black and see through plastic box. 3) good luck gettin a hold of them. There are multiple workers working at a time and if you call and the cashier is busy no one picks up the phone. I’m terribly disappointed and upset at the whole experience and will never return and advise others to do the same :(.

Ordered a Thanksgiving cornucopia centrepiece online. Absolutely stunning fall blooms. Lillies, sunflowers, roses, and more. Sturdy basket. So impressed with the bursts of autumn colours and size. Worth every penny. Made our Thanksgiving table complete! Thank you!

Walked in here last minute to get a bouquet for a kid’s graduation right next door at the Performance Arts centre. They were able to accommodate right away along with a few other parents who were buying bouquets last minute. The little ones had an amazing experience. Thank you!
