I recently hired Nima from Icon Wildlife in Richmond Hill to deal with a squirrel problem in my home, and I am very satisfied with the work. Nima conducted a thorough inspection and quickly identified the entry point above my front window. He professionally installed a heavy-duty metal mesh barrier and a one-way door, allowing the squirrels to exit safely while preventing them from getting back inside. Within a short time, all of the squirrels had left, and the noise in my walls and ceiling completely disappeared. For additional peace of mind, I also decided to have all of my roof vents covered with galvanized steel mesh. The installation was neat, secure, and professionally done. Steve has done an amazing job. When I first hired icon, It was my first time ever working with a pest control company. We had a wasp and hornet issue. I was very pleased with the Customer Service. We were repetitively called each month to rebook our follow up service. I’m sure there’s people out there that can do it for a few hundred dollars cheaper but reliability and consistency is key with wildlife. I was pleased with his service and will only contact him at icon to complete the work.

I reached out to Icon Pest & Wildlife Control through their website after noticing a wasp issue in my backyard. Bohar called me back the same day to discuss the service. While she was friendly, the phone call felt a bit rushed, and there ended up being some miscommunication regarding pricing and treatment. Over the phone, I was under the impression that $250 covered two visits including both a spray and powder treatment. On the day of the first appointment, the team offered to arrive early, but since I couldn't make that work, we kept the original 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM window. Pooya and his colleague Arshan arrived around 6:10 PM. They were very thorough and even kindly asked my neighbors if they could check their yard to help locate the nest (which we couldn't find). At this point, Pooya and Arshan explained the actual pricing structure: $250 per single visit for a spray only, or $450 upfro

Be careful dealing with this company. After multiple visits and repeated charges, the raccoon problem was still not resolved and parts of the property were damaged in the process. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed others and started sending intimidating emails about collections and legal action. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would strongly recommend homeowners look elsewhere

Unfortunately, my roommates and I did not have a good experience with Icon Pest. We hired them last year for the mice and rat control program. They initially set up bait stations with poison around the exterior of our house and on the inside of our house. The agreement was that they would show up to our house every month for a year to inspect the bait stations and refill the poison. The communication was really poor, as they never told us which days they would show up each month. They would sometimes show up unannounced when none of us were home and they would only inspect/refill the exterior bait stations, leaving the interior stations unchecked. They would send us inspection reports after each visit that really lacked a thorough description of what they observed. Also, there were a few months this year when I never received an inspection report, so I do not know if they even showed up

I had an Icon service technician inspect my house in Toronto for a mice problem. After inspecting the house, he hand-wrote a quote on a separate piece of paper, for three service options for a cost twice what is posted on the website. I found this to be very misleading..

Extremely disappointed with lack of respect for customers time. In the past 3 months Ikon pest control tech didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment. No call, no follow-up, no apology - nothing. Complete coin toss whether or not these guys show up for service. Will not be recommending and you lost my service. Bye Bye Edit on Sep 30 2025. Response from owner is a blatant lie. They have me on record and trying to deny my claims - Like i said, expect them to waste your time by not showing up to appointments and making excuses each time especially from their tech Jordan - Tall blond guy.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE OVERPRICED RECURRING SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ONLY NEED BATE STATION REPLACE ONCE EVERY 6 MONTHS Many no shows when I booked for inspection of the bate stations, they took payment upfront but are not sending techs or avoiding picking up calls, extremely disappointing. Edit: Aryan came and did a good job. All of the techs who came are really good worker but it’s the scheduling logistics which has been an issue and management should fix it.
