Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole visit even better. It’s always nice to feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Update to the initial review below. Original review: Very disappointing experience with Hyper Grill / Hyper Fresh in Thornhill. I ordered through Uber Eats, on Monday Aug 17 around 4:30pm, and what I received was nowhere close to what was advertised. The Beef & Chicken Deli Sandwich is listed as 13 inches and advertised with 300g of beef and chicken deli meat. I actually measured the sandwich I received and it was barely around 10 inches. The amount of deli meat was also nowhere near what the menu photo suggests. Most of the sandwich was bread, lettuce and sauce, and the ingredients were thrown together very poorly. Compare the advertised photo to what was actually delivered and the difference speaks for itself. The Persian Pizza was even more disappointing. I was very hungry and order Koobideh Kebab and Maust Khiyar through uber eats delivery. It came well secured and within expected time frame. Portions were great. Prices are reasonable. Taste is outstanding and flavorful. I literally finished everything. I am pleased with my order. I'm also highly satisfied and will definitely order again. They have more foods to offer which looks great and delicious.

Currently writing this review from the parking lot! I was really intrigued by the ghormeh sabzi pizza so I decided to try and wow it does not disappoint! The flavour of the ghormeh sabzi and cheese combo is excellent. Will definitely be back!

I bought Haleem from this place, and when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to find it full of mold! Unfortunately, I live quite far away, so I couldn't drive all the way back to return it. I genuinely don't understand how food this old and spoiled could still be sitting in the fridge for sale. This is not just disappointing, it's a serious food safety concern. Customers trust that the food they're buying is fresh and safe to eat. This is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously.

Hyper Fresh used to make the best Iranian-style pizza in Toronto, in my opinion. But tonight, I received one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. At $27 for one pizza, the price is still high, but the toppings have been reduced to about a third of what they used to be, and the quality has dropped significantly. Very disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Hyper Fresh fast food at all.

I hosted a party on Thanksgiving night, and Hyper Fresh provided a delicious turkey with all the sides. The food was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. Thank you for helping make our celebration special!

I was very disappointed with my recent order. I bought the Persian dish Ghormeh Sabzi and found a piece of plastic inside the food. I even took a picture of it. After this experience, I don’t feel comfortable eating food from this restaurant anymore. I hope they pay more attention to food preparation and quality control to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I am writing to express my serious disappointment with my recent experience at your store. The food products I received were extremely poor in quality and tasted stale, unpleasant, and unacceptable for sale. Based on the condition and taste, I was concerned that the items may have been sitting on the shelf for a very long time and should not have been offered to customers. Even more upsetting were the comments made toward me regarding my being Jewish. I found these remarks offensive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated with disrespect or targeted because of their religion, background, or identity. The combination of poor food quality and offensive behavior made this one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. Ordered a double smash, dude didn't even know what to put on the burger ans got the order completely wrong, Buns were terrible. Nothing is fresh. Fries were frozen cold and dude tossed them in there, not seasoned at all, not even salt. Bland and would not recommend AT ALL. But thats what you would get for a 10 dollar combo, mcdonalds junior chicken combo is much better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Hyper sloppy poppy! Bro was eating while preparing food. I doubt he ever changes his gloves. Let me make this super clear, he was eating with his hands wearing gloves. The same gloves he was making customers food with. It's an open kitchen, no where to hide. Order at your own risk. I will not be ordering from here again. Disgusting!🤮
