We had an amazing experience with Hirbod. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Throughout the property-buying process, his clients’ interests are his top priority. We feel confident he’d do the same if he were buying a home himself. He’s not pushy and doesn’t pressure you into making budget decisions. Instead, he shares his honest opinion about the property based on his expertise and experience, even if it means the project takes a bit longer.

I’ve known Mr. Chehrazi for about two years, and I can honestly say that he is a very trustworthy, motivated, and dedicated person. He was always patient, responsive, and willing to help. With his help, we were able to find a great home to rent that suited our needs. We really appreciate all his hard work and support throughout the process. Thank you, Mr. Chehrazi, for all your help!

This is a 'well earned' 5star! My wife and I, both, have purchased and rented our place with Mr. Chehrazi! I'd give them a 5 star for some of their qualities that are scarcely see in agents in today's world. Hirbod is patient, cares for his clients, and is detailed oriented. I'd give examples, our first home search took nearly 8 months, we visited many houses, Hirbod patient took us to all of which we wanted to see, explained the whys and why nots, etc. For our tanents he went beyond our expextations and confirmed their jobs, incomes, background, reach out to their references, etc. For pricing we were using AI (our choice), and after a few tries we could see his pricing was much more accurate. He patiently cared and found out what we wanted and found the one for us! Exceptional experience!

Amazing service. Very trustworthy.

I highly recommend him to people searching for a realtor.

100% recommend his service and be sure you are in great hands!

He is a knowledgable, personable and patient agent.
