Was looking at places to grab a bite and stumbled upon Grill Gate. Saw their sandwich pictures on their menu and website and it looked amazing. Ordered the grilled chicken and Philly cheese steak and they matched the pictures perfectly. The taste also matched how good the pictures looked. It did not disappoint. Wanted to take the sandwiches in the elevator because they were next level!

First time here and I was not disappointed. Had the Smokey Bacon Philly Steak Sandwich. It was great! Very tasty and filling. Staff were wonderful. Will definitely be back to try some other items.

Got the 5oz daily lunch special. It was good but sauce could be more flavourful. Large portion. Had a hard time choosing from so many options and most of which are very large. 8oz plug average. Made fresh, sauce was also very fresh and hand delivered to you where you sit for take out etc. Great halal option in the city if you’re looking for a burger.

We had the pulled beef cheese sandwich and the spicy mushroom cheeseburger. The beef is oh so tender! You taste the ingredients distinctively in each bite!! The portions are huge. Do NOT sleep on the fries. And the staff are genuinely nice. Beautiful little experience left us with big smiles. Thank youuu!

Yummiest sandwich in the town. We ordered four different types of Philly steak sandwiches and all of them were yummy, fresh , well seasoned and delicious portions The staff were so friendly and kind to specially a young lady with glasses Thank you all Definitely will come back

The first time I went to Grill Gate I was impressed It was pretty good. Only downfall was they used process Kraft cheese slices on their burgers. Being a high quality burger you’d think they’d use “real cheddar” So now to my 2nd visit. This is where it all goes downhill. I arrive with two of my workmates. Try both order the garlic fries which you can’t go wrong. They use the basic frozen crispy fries which aren’t bad but it’d be nice to see home it real fries. So I order the cheese burger. While I’m sitting there waiting my two friends are eating their fries. I glanced over at the guy cooking the food and he literally licked his two fingers to grab paper or something then grabbed food. I was so disgusted I yelled!!! “ hey buddy what are you doing!!!!” The woman said what’s wrong? I told her and she basically shrugged it off. And tried to convince me he wasn’t touching food etc. so I giv

Very poor service, 2 ignorant female servers, just chatting and laughing together n forgetting about the order snd demands.. very rude when we asked about our request.. the burger was not worth it at all. Very dry n the bun was not fresh. The sauce on french fries had dry mint in it and tasted weird! Will not definitely go there anymore..

We just received the burger from here, but I'm confused because when you order a hamburger, it usually comes with tomato and pickles as the basic toppings. However, they only gave us patty with buns and charged us for a cheeseburger. I've never purchased a burger without basic toppings; it's quite strange.I won’t be returning there again.

Very disappointed with this location. We drove a long way and when we arrived they didn’t have the pizza or even the famous burger that other locations offer. It’s confusing why this branch is open if it can’t provide the same basic items in my opinion the management really needs to rethink how this location operates because right now it doesn’t meet the standard of the other branches.

Terrible burgers that gave me food poisoning for 3 days now and horrible service. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

The photos tell you how scrumptious the sandwiches were! The fries and dip everything perfect. Service was so accommodating, we called to order ahead because we were super hungry and they lady who answered the phone was so hospitable, service is half the experience ☺️ Atmosphere can be improved looks wise but was otherwise clean and tidy. I guess atmosphere doesn’t matter when the food is delish 🤤
