Experience purchasing a property and being so relax. It was a pleasure working with Esi Ghassemi and his team. They are professional and responsive. He does everything he can to close your deal with the best rates possible in a timely manner, so you do not need to have any concern. He is highly recommended.

Extremely Disappointed with Broker – A Cautionary Tale I rarely leave reviews, but our experience with this firm as our mortgage broker was so disastrous that I feel compelled to share. he assured us with a 99% certainty that he could secure a mortgage for our family home. Based on this confidence, we put in an offer on the house we loved. What followed was a nightmare. The broker was incredibly slow to respond, and we repeatedly asked for the same documents, which was frustrating and disruptive to our busy lives. His time management and organizational skills were poor, and despite numerous follow-ups, we only received delayed and unhelpful responses resulting in losing the house.

Made false promises and I had to follow up with him days on end for him to even call me back. Far from transparent and horrible with timelines. Squandered two deals by overpromising. Do not recommend.

Zero customer service , it’s just a show but no concrete action, No follow up and doesn't care about consumers concern I don’t recommend him at all !
