7-day trip heading towards the East Coast - Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI. Kim and Angelica were our guides for this trip, with Vitaly as our driver. Our guides were knowledgeable of the areas that we visited. Had a great experience all around. Looking forward to future trips!

First time joining this travel and me and my family enjoyed the trip! We went to multiple tourist spots and although we’re tired, it was still a great experience and absolutely worth it. The staffs in charge are also very nice and friendly. They were willing to help take pictures too. Definitely highly recommend!

Amazing Day Trip to Tobermory! Huge thanks to Empire One Travel for an unforgettable trip! The pickup in the GTA was seamless, organized, and right on time. The boat cruise and spending 3 hours exploring Flowerpot Island were absolute highlights—the views were breathtaking! ​As someone who regularly travels with local tour agencies (Park Bus, ShortTrips, Madinna Tours), I can confidently say EmpireOne Travel is by far the worst. My recent 2-day trip to Penn’s Cave was a complete masterclass in incompetence, poor logistics, and blatant favoritism. ​The main highlights of a thoroughly ruined trip: ​Incompetent Meal Planning: Despite the itinerary explicitly promising a lunch stop, lunch was skipped entirely. The organizer assumed everyone packed their own meals without ever communicating this in advance. ​Absurd Logistics & Routing: After visiting Penn’s Cave, instead of a quick food stop or heading straight to Trader Joe's, they dragged us to the hotel first just to grab room keys, wasting over an hour of unnecessary transit. To make matters worse, the driver repeatedly bypassed highways for slow city roads, causing constant delays. ​Severe Delays & Unpla

Absolutely ridiculous. The only way to book anything is by messaging them and then you have to send an e-transfer? What kind of business is this? Why make it SO INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to book a day trip like that?? All the other day trip companies around the Toronto area let me book online without this ridiculousness! DO BETTER- BE BETTER!

I am very disappointed that today’s Buffalo trip was cancelled due to weather. I took time off work weeks in advance and was genuinely excited for this tour. However, the cancellation came as a surprise, especially since the weather today is actually quite good and I can see that other tour companies are operating as normal. Because of this, I am struggling to understand the reason behind the cancellation. It has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, particularly after planning ahead and adjusting my work schedule. Unfortunately, due to this experience, this will be my first and last trip with EmpireOne.

really really disappointing experience. I was really looking forward to spending time with my family and exploring Tobermory, but it was just super disorganized and messy. For the entire drive, we were told we were not allowed to stop for the washroom although it was a 4-5 hour drive. the itinerary was also disorganized and messy, the host didnt have any answers to the questions people had, how long the cruise was, and where we were meeting the group for the bus. Another thing, on the way back, the AC stopped working on the bus, which made it uncomfortable for the ride back, and there was this underlying gasoline smell that was quite troubling. We still managed to have a good time despite these disappointments, and I hope they will have better organization and facilities for their frequent customers.

Booked for Tulip Festical at Ottawa. First time riding with them is worst. Bus is an hour late, itineraries are not followed. Broken bus interior like no WIFI, no TVs and power plugs ain't working. I will never be booking from them again. (Bus 2)
