Always great service at this salon. Mitra always does a great job with my highlights. Last time I was at the salon Mitra wasn't available and I got my highlights done by a wonderful lady Tolou. She was very welcoming and kind. Loved the results. Thanks Tolou 😊.

Went in for balayage with Mitra about 6 months ago. Totally ruined my hair and it will take years to get it back to where it was. I've gotten balayage many times at different salons and never had any issues. First, instead of matching the top of my hair to my dark brown root color, my hair came out orange. Second, all of the highlighted pieces came out so damaged from the bleach that most of my hair broke off. I had thick healthy hair halfway down my back, now 70% of my hair is above my shoulders just from the breakage within the first week of the service. The highlights also were done very unevenly, with one side of my head much blonder than the other - when I came to get it fixed, she told me its because my hair is curly (not sure why this means it cant be an even dye job). I feel bad leaving a bad review, but I wish I had seen this before I went in.

I had such a wonderful experience with Tolou at Dream Beauty Lounge! She did an absolutely beautiful job highlighting my hair, and I recently went back to her for a root touch-up, which turned out amazing as well. She is truly talented, attentive, and takes such great care in her work. I also brinh my 5 year old son for hair cuts to her and he loves her. He always wants to go back to Tolou for his next hair cut! Beyond her skills, Tolou has such a kind personality, positive energy, and the most beautiful smile that makes every visit a pleasure. I always leave feeling happy with my hair and refreshed. I highly recommend Tolou to anyone looking for a talented hairstylist who genuinely cares about her clients. Tolou is a nice lady and cuts hair and styles it very well. I loved how she cut my hair and styles it. Will definitely recommend her for anyone looking good haircut and style. You will not regret it. I will go back to her.

Got my hair done Friday and I can’t explain it in words how great Tolou was🩷 she transformed my hair color into such a beautiful one that I received tons of compliments. I had such a wonderful first time experience at this salon with Tolou! She was so kind and welcoming! I absolutely loved how my hair turned out, and I really appreciated her attention to detail and care throughout the appointment.

Mitra ruined my hair. Went in for a bang trim and she gave me the shortest, most uneven/inconsistent, shapeless bangs I've ever gotten in my life - when I asked for a simple trim of my curtain bangs. She blamed me for raising my eyebrows but even with my brows raised high the bangs don't come close to touching them. If I were her I would've apologized and given a refund but there was no accountability for butchering my bangs that will take many weeks, maybe even months, to grow out. To say I regret coming here would be an understatement.

l was not going to make a review because the lady having a baby...but l think it needs to be clear. Not all the reviews are justified with the facts. In my opinion is terrible customer service ....miss leading argumentos with the customer....over charging There is better salons in Vaughan them what experience they claim. Wish all the best with your baby ... But good luck with your business...

It was the worst root touch-up ever. I paid hundreds of dollars, but it looks almost the same as before like they didn’t do anything at all. I asked her to redo it, but she said I’d have to pay more even though she didn’t do it properly in the first place.

worst quality products she will just charge you the double once you are in the salon I got hair color but it was gone within days she charged me 200$ for that worse quality products Really disappointed how people just want money these days unfair
