Terrible customer service. I purchased a Groupon for microdermerbrasion that does not expire until June 12, 2026. They are stating that no longer accept Groupon’s for this service and telling me to contact Groupon. They are not offering another service nor trying to help me in anyway. I can’t find a physical way to contact customer service on the app. I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE AND IT IS NOT EXPIRED!!! I will not be referring anyone to this clinic and will have nothing good to say to anyone about it unless they rectify this somehow.

Honestly this clinic goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for your needs. They are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. They explain everything from the beginning to the end and address all concerns or questions thoroughly. They take the time to see you and you never feel rushed or unwanted. I’ve been to clinics where the nurses or doctors make you feel so little and unwanted or like they wanna rush you but here you have their undivided attention. I got my PRP done here and honestly the experience and results are 10/10. I have also gotten my laser sessions at this clinic, and they use some of the best machines which give you forever results.
