I had a wonderful experience with Bowon, the hygienist at Dr. Massi Dental Clinic. She is incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive to detail. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel comfortable and explained each step of the cleaning process clearly, which really helped ease any anxiety. Her technique is thorough yet very gentle—I’ve never had such a painless and effective cleaning before. She also took the time to give me personalized advice on maintaining my oral health, which I truly appreciated. i came as emergency for my son late night at 2 am. All clinic were closed and doesnt know the management of avulsed tooth. i was so worried about my son and his teeth. they know exact management and took care of my son, and did an amazing job and put the spint. i am so happy to be here and seeing such amazing dentist exist and they work together, explain everything nicely. i really thank them for their amazing treatment and taking care of my 6 year old baby.

i am seriously satisfied with the dental treatment received here. i was wandering here and there and no dentist can provide the better care and right diagnosis. Dr Aman not only find the diagnosis and treated my pain. i am super happy to be here. the front desk is super nice and accommodating on time. i am happy and coming back my life here.

Unfortunately, my experience with this dental clinic was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, they took my phone , and took pictures inside the clinic and even left comments on behalf of me. This was not only unprofessional but was also repeated for other patients. Furthermore, for a simple root canal and filling, I was charged nearly $3,000. When I asked the receptionist to provide a breakdown before I paid, they rudely told me that they couldn’t do that, and I had to pay first before I would get any details. Worst of all, in the middle of my dental procedure, the receptionist came in and demanded I pay them because they needed to leave early, while I was still lying on the chair with the dentist working on my tooth. This clinic is completely disrespectful, irresponsible, and unprofessional. I absolutely do not recommend it.

WARNING TO OTHERS! I’m honestly angry and disappointed with my experience here. Dr. Massi was asking me random and very personal questions, including where I’m from. I told her I live out of province and was only here for the summer. After that, I felt like the pressure to get multiple treatments increased. I was pushed toward treatments, including a front-tooth filling and cleaning, even though my regular dentist later told me I didn’t need them. It felt like Dr. Massi was doing the pushing and selling for the business, while other dentists would be performing some of the treatments. Then I found unexpected additional fees on my insurance claim. Please be very careful and ask questions before agreeing to anything. I am reporting my concerns to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.

Don't go through fake reviews. Worst experience with this greedy clinic. They used whole insurance without my permission and without acknowledging at once on that same day. They don't know how to handle kid , they harshed to my kid which still suffering from few months. they ruined my kid's tooth, she was crying inside when she came out and tricked me into signing the paperwork, saying I'd signing the waiving for after treatment, they brought agin to sign the waiver...when i asked to check my kid inside but rhey forced me to sit outside And after all that nonsense, For next visit they left nothing. Rating them -5 out of 5 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Also they gave expired tooth paste to my kid

Out of all the dental clinics I’ve been to (I’ve relocated 4 times), this is by far the worst experience ever—they are not to be trusted. I went to this clinic because my regular dentist doesn’t do wisdom tooth removal, and I brought a recent panoramic X-ray so they wouldn’t need another (both sent via email, text message, and physical copy). Despite this, they took extra X-rays I was told would be free, then charged me for them, and billed for an exam that never happened. The visit was chaotic and disorganized—I was shuffled between multiple staff, dental assistants, and dentists, and during the first visit they partially pulled the wrong tooth, making me return another day for the correct one. On the return visit, a different dentist removed the bottom right wisdom tooth, but the suction device pulled my uvula, causing severe throat pain once the anesthesia wore off. Resolving the bill

They don't even deserve one star. When I went there, the doctor ruined my tooth and tricked me into signing the paperwork, saying I'd have to pay after signing. And after all that nonsense, they even steal your phone and leave a review saying the clinic is good, but when you ask them why they took your phone, they don't listen and return it after you've left a review.

They offer cleaning, teeth whitening, fillings, crowns and many more services.

Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere and great service.

Highly recommend this place if you want top-notch dental care with a great vibe.
