I had an amazing experience at Donya Hair & Body! The entire team is professional, welcoming, and truly wonderful. Their new laser device is incredible and uses advanced technology that I haven’t seen anywhere else in Canada. The prices are very fair, and the quality of service is outstanding. Donya’s management and attention to detail are on another level. I highly recommend giving them a try; you’ll notice the difference after just one visit!

Donya is really amazing at what she does! I have darker hair and wanted to go lighter (balayage). She told me that the first priority is to NOT damage hair and then getting the colour that I want. She managed to get me a lighter colour in half the time it would take other colourists and for the first time, my hair was not damaged. I dont know how she managed to pull it off but I am not letting anyone else touch my hair anymore! She is also super sweet! Thanks so much Donya! You're a doll ❤️

Donya is so talented!! In 2020 I went to her for help to fix my hair after a bad salon experience elsewhere and she was able to help me transform my hair from super brassy orange ombre hair to an amazing ash blonde balayage. The way she does her balayage technique is so amazing because there’s a great mix of highlights and low lights which gives the hair lots of dimension. Not to mention, she helps me with education for maintenance of my hair which helps keeps my hair healthy. She’s honestly the only person I trust with my hair now, whether I wanna go lighter or darker with the colour.. she does it all!! She’s amazing! Thanks Donya!! ❤️😊

I was already her client, and because I liked her service, I booked a second appointment. Since the procedure takes 3–4 hours, I cleared my entire day. But the night before my appointment, I received a message saying that my booking had not been confirmed. I clearly inquired and booked a month in advance, but she claimed that my appointment wasn’t confirmed because my last “See you then” message was sent two hours late. Naturally, after I sent “See you then” and received no further response from her, I assumed the booking was fully confirmed — at least until the night before my appointment. What upset me the most is that instead of acknowledging her mistake, she shifted the blame onto the client and never once properly apologized. It was extremely disappointing to be treated so unprofessionally, especially as a returning customer. My entire day was wasted because of this, and I didn’

One of my worst experiences. I felt like I was being assaulted during the laser session. I kept asking the lady to be less aggressive and she would just sternly say relax. At one put she was pressing my neck so hard and aggressively I couldn’t breath. She would aggressively push the table I was on around. It was so bad I am considering notifying public health.

I liked the color that she did which was my own preference. However, I'm giving 2 stars because she cut my hair with layers that is so short in the front when I specifically told her not to put that much layers. When my hair straightened out, I visibly noticed the layers in front because it's so short. They look like bangs that just grew because of the unevenness from the other length of the hair. I haven't had my hair cut in a salon for years because of the same reason, now I've experienced the same thing again. So disappointed. I also wanted to point out how she combed my hair forcibly like my head was going to be separated from my head. It hurt so much, I just couldn't speak because she was nice. Please check your appointment book for last week..I assure you I did receive a disappointing experience. My hair piece was cut on my head and a big piece of my own hair was cut off. I noticed it when I got home and put my hair up. I considered asking for my $75 back but didn't want any more trama.
