I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with Donaram Accounting, specifically with Hadi. There was an error in the preparation of my taxes, which was acknowledged. However, the issue was never corrected, and unfortunately, my follow-up calls were not returned. I felt completely ignored, which was very disappointing and frustrating. When it comes to something as important as taxes, accountability and clear communication are essential. Unfortunately, that was missing in my experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better client care and responsibility in the future.
