We initially booked an appointment with Omid at the showroom and he was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for. We went through a lot of fabric and he made great recommendations which lead to confirming everything at our home when he visited for a consultation. Omid took exact measurements, explained pricing and made great style recommendations once he was in the space. His colleague Kamran came for installation and he was the nicest gentleman you will ever meet. He was on time, kept everything very clean even taking the garbage with him in his van and made minimal noise. Kamran also took the time to explain how the app and remote worked, set up the app on my phone for me and positioned our hub in the best place to ensure proper connectivity. I highly recommend a visit to Design2View if you are looking for automated blinds or shears and drapes as they have an e

Omid was very courteous and helpful throughout the entire process of selecting window coverage for several rooms in our home. The finished blinds look modern, clean and really complement our home. Kamran was a fantastic installer. He was very professional provided great customer service and made sure the blinds were perfect.

Get all measurements in writing!! (1) I specifically asked for curtains to fall 1/2" from floor, instead they were cut to 1" from the floor. The owner offered to replace and reinstall them, but that would have been a delay (I needed them for privacy at my new home). (2) One bedroom blind was installed at the ceiling, 11" above the frame. It looked odd. Owner told me it looked good installed that way when fully closed. I wasn't planning on having that blind closed all the time! I finally got all sorted today, 4 months after putting in the order, and 7 weeks after asking about the delay on the bedroom blind. If I had had measurements in writing for all windows, I could have checked and confirmed them and all would have been completed to what I expected several months ago. Very good product, and staff pleasant to deal with, which was important given the return visits needed to get it all do

I am very pleased with the quality of blinds installed also the service Design2View delivered. The pricing is also reasonable.
