My front tooth chipped last month. I was looking for a dr and one of my friends recommended this office. Dr Kasra Badii took care of my tooth. It was such a painless and easy process. His recommendation for all the follow up processes to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future was very professional. He also is very kind and caring individual. All office staff including Shila who is a dental hygienist were amazing. Very high end office with today technology, but also very fair with prices. No up-sale or unnecessary procedures. I finally found a good family dentist and will continue visiting this office.

Best dentist ever told me everything before each step got 3 extractions and didnt feel a thing hes the best.

I called to ask about the price and mentioned that other places offered lower prices. The receptionist’s response was simply, “Then go there.” I found the response rude and unprofessional. I understand that prices vary, but I expected a more respectful response.

I’m extremely disappointed with this dental clinic. They rescheduled my appointment four times over the last four weeks. Twice, I was told the dentist couldn’t arrive at the scheduled time and offered me a 1 PM slot instead of 10 AM, even though I clearly stated I couldn’t attend after 12 PM due to work. On two other occasions, the dentist went on emergency trips, including today when they called to move tomorrow’s appointment from 10 AM to 1 PM again. After weeks of enduring dental pain, I’ve decided not to return. It’s clear that respecting patients’ time and needs is not a priority for this clinic.

Dr. Jannati is very disrespectful. As a health care professional, I expect him to support a patients decision, regardless of what their decision is. He will force you to go with his decision and disrespect you if you do not listen to him. Dr. Jannati does not let you make your own decision. I whole heartedly regret coming here and will not come here in the future. I do not recommend this place at all.
