They built us the backyard pool of our dreams! The design by Max was phenomenal, and easy to communicate with. The entire project was smooth and we were within the estimated budget. The pool with the sunken patio is now our favourite place outside in the backyard. Max helped us choose the right stones for the interlocking, and it all came out better than we had hoped! All our friends and neighbours love it and are always ready to party. It became our little haven in Toronto. Thank you for all your hard work, we highly recommend you to our friends!

GTA Interlocked worked within our short timeline to design and install a drainage system and platform for our exterior steps. The end product looks good and functions well. Communication was good, as they were very responsive and accommodating.

Do not hire this company under any circumstances. I didn’t hire them but my neighbour did and I agreed to share the cost of our shared fence in attempt to be neighborly. GTA subcontracted the work to Ivan. The fence looked as though he’d never built one before. It was crooked, wrong sized boards were cobbled together, and the materials looked like it came from a junk yard. He damaged my property in the process and when I tried to discuss that with him he screamed at me and spoke in an abusive manner. The work was supposed to be done in two weeks but the entire summer was wasted with the company unable to complete the job and ultimately removed from site. Vlad was supposed to make things right but that never happened. They also left their bin in common space on the property which was disruptive to the community for an entire summer. Terrible Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service I am extremely disappointed with this pool company. They repeatedly fail to meet agreed deadlines, show up late or not at all for scheduled appointments, and leave the job unfinished. We have experienced numerous delays, missed appointments, and mistakes that should never have happened in the first place. Our pool liner repair has been delayed for over 4 months, with repeated promises that are not followed through. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has made this experience incredibly frustrating. A company should stand behind its commitments, respect its customers’ time, and complete the work properly. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. If you are looking for landscaping work, we would highly recommend ‘steering clear’ of this horrible company. We hired GTA Landscaping this spring to do our front yard and backyard hardscaping and deck and after years of renovating our home top to bottom, we can confidently say, hiring GTA was the biggest mistake we have made. The work started off strong, we had great conversations with the project manager and there was good progress made in the early weeks - this is where the goodness ended. As GTA received payments, their enthusiasm for our project decreased as did the quality (in fact, the crew started doing more damage - breaking windows, denting our garage siding, scratching our garage floor, etc.). We had to ensure someone was home at all times to catch their never ending mistakes (e.g., wrong colour stone installed, poor finishing, leaving our driveway gates drooping, etc.). We en

They started my pool September 2023, promised to finish in two weeks. It didn’t get done until November. We turned it on this year, the pool light went out in the first month, the interlocking around the pool is falling apart. I’ve been emailing, calling, messaging them to fix it, it’s either radio silence or empty promises. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Had Dmitri come for a quote, didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about. Then he became unresponsive after reaching out after a month. Weird for a $50,000 job.

Disaster company. Poor quality and garbage service. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Will be taking legal action due to unsafe build.
