Danny Velayati

Danny is an extremely knowledgeable professional in the real estate industry and comes with a great reputation. We were very fortunate to have chosen his brokerage to help us with the purchase of our condo unit in Midtown back in 2018. Throughout the years, Danny has always been very helpful, diligent and responsive, especially when we were looking for information and updates on the construction of the condo through the difficult COVID period. His knowledge and commitment gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the process. What surprised and delighted us even more was being offered a rebate when we finally closed on the purchase, eve

Great real estate agent. Has worked with us for several projects, including the sale of our condo, the purchase of a pre-construction development, the sale of our townhome and the purchase of our home. Would highly recommend. Trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market.

I had an amazing experience working with Danny! From the very beginning, he was always professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and found the perfect condo for me. Throughout the entire process, Danny was always available to answer questions and made everything feel so smooth and easy. I highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for a new home—thank you for helping me find my dream condo!

Words would be less to explain Mr. Danny’s service level excellence! Always on time with quality suggestions and alternative solutions. On top, he is an excellent human being that we don’t see in everyday life. I am very lucky that our first home buying in Canada happened through him while we were living thousand miles away in a different continent; never felt any gap. All the best wishes to you, dear Danny. Thanks Shakil Mazumdar

Danny has assisted me and my husband to buy our first condo in Canada. He was very patient and carefully explained to us ahead of time how much deposit we needed to put down, he referred us to the mortgage company and lawyer, and he was there through every step of the process. He took us to numerous showings, and he made sure the unit we purchased was the one we loved. I recommend Danny to everyone as he truly imputed his time and energy into this transaction, and made it as easy and as pain free as possible for us. He is just amazing and from now on he is my go to agent for any real estate needs of mine and my family. Thank you Danny!
