Cottage Pizza & Sandwich

If you’re looking for the taste of a real, authentic pizza, Pizza Cottage is the place to go. This is a fantastic Iranian-owned pizza shop with some of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Our favorite pizzas were the Beef Lover and the Model Mix—both were packed with flavor, made with quality ingredients, and perfectly baked. The seating area is quite small, so it’s a great spot to grab a pizza with a friend or simply order takeout. We picked ours up, took it home, and enjoyed it with a cold beer while watching the World Cup. It couldn’t have been a better combination! Highly recommended if you’re craving delicious, authentic pizza. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful service! We had the Shirazi hotdog and the Persian chips and cheese, the portions were really large and the food was great. We come here often, and Eli, the lady who works here, is always so nice and helpful!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Elina was so friendly and welcoming, and everything was perfect from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their customers. Honestly, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve come here 😄 Their food is seriously amazing. The oven-roasted beef ham sandwich, Bandari, and falafel are absolutely top-tier. Great food quality, friendly customer service, and they even have parking. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Customer service is very poor—only one person seems to manage everything. You seat yourself, ring a bell to order, and there’s little attention to guests. Cleanliness is also an issue: my table was sticky (I had to clean it myself), and the seasoning containers had visible dirt and fingerprints. When I asked for a washroom, they reluctantly said I could use the staff one, which I didn’t feel comfortable with. For a dine-in place, not having a proper customer washroom is unacceptable. We ordered Bandari and Roast beef pizza, but both were a letdown. The Bandari tasted like hotdog instead of being properly marinated, and the pizza completely fell apart. Overall, the flavor was weak and not enjoyable at all. For the price, customers deserve a clean environment, good service, and tasty food—none of which were here. I hope

I do not recommend going here. First, you have to wait a very long time, and second, the food quality was very bad. The pizza was undercooked, and the slices would not separate properly. This was my first and last time going there.

Looking for worst restaurant in town? Welcome to cottage pizza!😂 Worst food ever! The fries tasted horrible The pizza dough was horrible, the pizza ingredients had no taste. Also my friend got food poisoning, exact same night we ate at this restaurant! If you are looking for persian style pizza, go to PIZZA SHAB, or if you are looking for persian style sandwiches, go to HAIDA ( next to this Disgusting restaurant) Just dont spend money in this Disgusting!

Ordered a deli sandwich and it showed up with sauce EVERYWHERE. Bread soggy, horrible….. Threw it out

I had high hopes for this place after reading the reviews, but the experience was very disappointing. The food was terrible, and the owner/cashier was impolite and seemed too tired to even answer our questions about the menu. The ingredients on the pizza weren’t properly cooked—some mushrooms were still cold and raw. The sandwich bun was burnt. Had to throw away half the sandwich. I will never come back.
