Solid spot. The interior looks great and the food punches way above its price tag. Hena took care of us and her service was spot on —friendly and genuinely on top of things without being overbearing. Quality meal, fair bill, definitely going back.

Most of the staff and servers were professional, polite, and attentive, regularly clearing tables and doing their best to provide good and organized service. Chef Reza is an amazing restaurant. ⭐😍💘🩷🤩💯😻🥰 Check out the delicious & beautifully plated food. The interior is very unique. When I walked in it, the lighting, the music and the interior was very exotic and nice. I was very pleasantly surprised. Please check out the photos. The plating was carefully done and the food was exceptional. The kebab and the rice both were warm and also the mint leaves left a very clean taste afterwards. Veggies are all fresh. The cutleries are also very unique. The lady manager (very charismatic & fashionable lady) and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. I would recommend Chef Reza to anyone looking to try out the Persian food. Also, another table had ordered a bottle of wine and the staff did a special lighting which was really nice

Just had a dinner here. I ordered Shahi chicken. That was a good choice. I enjoyed the taste. Different marinates. I loved the rice, was a bit greasy but delicious. About the portion, honestly I was expecting more,that wasn’t enough. Their local dough wasn’t tasty for me. Not the original taste for a persian customer. I tried koobideh, that one was brilliant. I highly recommend. Shashlik was a bit chewy. Needs to be marinated more. We already gave them our feedback. Their staff were so attentive and caring. One more comment, Is on the washroom’s lighting, it was too dark.

I had been to their Thornhill location before and really liked it. This time, I brought a guest who was visiting from the U.S. for breakfast. At first, I was disappointed because no one answered the phone when I called, and Google Maps showed the restaurant as closed. We had already decided to go somewhere else when they suddenly called me back and explained that their first breakfast seating is from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. I’m glad we went. This location is much larger than the Thornhill branch, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even serve Kaleh Pacheh (a traditional Persian breakfast) in addition to a wide variety of other dishes. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations. The servers were lovely and attentive, which I really appreciated. However, I was surprised by the automatic 18% gratuity, as I prefer to decide how much to tip myself. Overall, I wish the food had matched the quality of the service.

We tried the Kebab Koobideh — the skewers were good, though a bit strong in taste for me. The Lamb Shank with Baghali Polo was delicious; the slow-cooked lamb shank paired really well with their traditional rice🍚 We visited on a Wednesday night, the restaurant was completely empty except for our table, and unfortunately👎🏻I felt the service from the waitress was unfriendly and possibly discriminatory, as if we weren’t welcome because we are not Persian⁉️That part of the experience was disappointing🚫

The food was very good, but unfortunately, my overall experience left me extremely disappointed. I went there for a simple business dinner for two and was charged approximately $250. I didn’t receive the receipt that evening, and despite several attempts afterward, I was unable to obtain a copy of it. For comparison, I recently had dinner at Scaddabush Aurora for six people, including drinks, dinner, and dessert, and the total bill was around $330. I have no issue paying a premium for good food and good service, but customers deserve clear and transparent billing and should be able to receive a receipt for what they were charged. Also, serving food directly on a wooden board, which appeared very unhygienic, was honestly one of the most unpleasant parts of my experience during my several visits to this restaurant. This place is all hype and overrated. First of all, I’ve never been to a so-called high-end restaurant that serves tap water instead of bottled water. I specifically asked for bottled water and was told they only serve tap water, which was surprising for a place that markets itself as upscale. The food quality was very basic, and the service was disappointing. I’d describe it more as a regular resto-bar where you can have a drink and listen to music. If you care about great food, quality service, and an elevated dining experience, this isn’t the place for you.

I reserved a table from last week , because I wanted to introduce my friends to Persian culture and food. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. When we arrived, we did not receive a warm welcome as I had experienced during previous visits. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone took our order, and I had to ask for service myself. The server was not attentive, and after our food was served, no one checked whether we needed anything. After dinner, I called several times to order tea, but it took a long time for someone to respond, and no one asked if we wanted dessert. The restaurant was not busy, which made the experience even more frustrating. The food was excellent and the chef did an amazing job. I hope management reviews the weekdays service team, as the quality of service did not match the quality of the food.
