Very disappointing customer service. The receptionist was not responsive or helpful, and my appointment was cancelled at the very last minute without even an apology or any sense of responsibility toward the customer. Cancelling an appointment at the last minute is already frustrating, but the lack of communication and professionalism made the experience even worse. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I was very disappointed with the way their appointment system and customer communication were handle

I had a truly outstanding experience with Canfes. Dr Sina’s extensive expertise is truly remarkable, and he consistently goes above and beyond in imparting his knowledge to his students, ensuring they grasp a wide range of procedures effectively. I wholeheartedly endorse him for anyone seeking exceptional guidance in their field.

What a huge waste of money. Dr. Sina Shekarsaraei only cares about money and doesn't care about customer service. My sister and I went to him for filer injection. First of all, he just does injection without paying attention to the final look. When you tell him you are not satisfied with the final result, he would get offended and angry and tell you that he could inject something to dissolve the filer. Secondly, the filer got disappeared after 2 weeks as if nothing was injected. I don't recommend him to anyone, and I'll try my best to educate people on his service and attitude.

CANFES Institute is the best. Amazing training courses as well as a constant and long term support after completion of the courses. All trainers and especially Dr. Sina are very knowledgeable, attentive and patient. They provided lots of models so we had proper hands on training. Definitely will be back for more courses provided by CANFES and I do recommend this place if you really want to learn and practice on real patients.
