Poor customer service, poor quality, no official invoices and reciept to ba able to submit to insurance companies.

Their wigs are so low quality. I bought one and when I got home, I found there were lots of areas where the dark lace and cap were very visible. I called them and was told to bring it back so that they could examine it themselves. I travelled for over 45 minutes to get there again and Parvaneh (I suppose she is the owner) was not there, despite it being her who told me to come at that specific time. It’s a home-based business with no proper management. I left there and came back home. I contacted them again the day after and arranged for another visit. Even though this wasn’t the vet I’ve been going to, I called and asked them if they had anything available and even though they were closing in an hour and a half they told me to come in as soon as possible as my puppy was having an emergency. The veterinary office in Sharon told me they wouldn’t take a look at my puppy even though they were closing two hours after this one. They told me to take him to an emergency vet where I would’ve had to pay at least $1000... I had an appointment booked and drove 40 minutes to get there only to discover the owner was not there. A man finally came out and told me she had an emergency to tend to......fair enough.....but someone could have called or sent a text to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional. This business is run out of a house which is not well kept from the outside and when you call they do not answer the phone in a professional manner. Update 01/31/21 - That is a very creative response. I do not work in the retail industry selling anything. Instead of admitting your mistake and trying to make it right you are making up stuff.
