I have booked the initial 15 min consultation session one month in advance buy no one showed up! I have waited for 16 min but no one showed up.

Extremely disappointing experience. This company repeatedly advertises "free immigration guidance" and "free consultations" to help speed up immigration applications. Based on my experience, these promises were not honoured. After responding to their advertisements and providing my contact information, I never received the information that was promised. I also booked a so-called free consultation, but nobody showed up and there was no follow-up communication. The whole process felt more like a way to collect personal information than to provide genuine assistance. The marketing claims and the actual service I received were completely different. I would strongly recommend that people be very cautious before sharing their personal information with this company. My experience was a complete waste of time and left me with serious concerns about their professionalism and credibility.

Very unprofessional! I asked for a consultation appointment and I was willing to pay for the time. Instead they offered a free consultation over what’s app. I started conversations with them in the morning and without any response they disappeared in the middle of conversation. Around 4 pm they came back and asked couple of generic questions and not knowing the whole details of my application they simply said nothing can be done. And again disappeared in the middle of my questions with no answer. This was an application for my mother’s visitor visa while they had been 4 times already in Canada and simply wanted to make a renewal of my mother’s visa as my father just passed away I need to be with my mother here in Canada. This law firm didn’t even put an effort to understand my case.

}I do not recommend signing a contract with them. I booked a consultation and was told that I would receive a definitive answer to my question within a few days. Those “few days” turned into several months, and only after repeated follow-ups did I finally receive a response. Mr. Bigdeli himself spoke with me for no more than 5–10 minutes. Despite my explanations, his consulting staff advised me to prepare an affidavit without thoroughly reviewing my case or documents. After charging me $1500-1600 to draft the affidavit, they then realized that I did not even have an active case. Their recommendation was that I should submit it whenever I have an active case in the future and then contact them again at that time to update the affidavit. This was completely unnecessary and a waste of money. They could have simply advised me to return once I had an active case so they could prepare the af

Unprofessional! After booking a 15-min free consultation on their website and got the meeting confirmation, they didn’t show up at the meeting without any notice and didn’t even reply our email. We didn’t expect that.

This is not recommended at all, they fail to give us the notice on time and made us lots of trouble and they are not answering our calls or messages. They are not responsible for the job they charge you for!
