My experience with Aydin Oskouei. was extremely disappointing. Before purchasing my condominium, I was promised a $5,000 incentive by the realtor representing me. I have written text messages confirming that this incentive was available and would be provided upon closing. The transaction successfully closed, but the promised incentive was never paid. After closing, I made multiple attempts to contact the realtor to resolve the matter. My messages were ignored and no explanation was provided. I then escalated the issue to the Broker of Record at the brokerage through a formal written complaint. I requested a response within 10 business days. More than 10 business days have passed, and I have received no response from either the realtor or the brokerage. DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!!! Too bad he does NOT RESPECT Covid Rules!!! He entered my home with ALSO his disrespectful prospective tenant who DID NOT wear a mask. I have cameras throughout my home and when I asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask he conveniently said that he has asthma. Could be correct, but with ALL THE SIGNS PLASTERED in my home to wear a mask and knowing that we are in an extremely DANGEROUS situation with 4000 cases per day, he should have NOTIFIED US BEFORE AND ASKED, which leads me to believe he is LYING. When I asked why his prospective tenant did NOT wear a mask he had nothing to say, which means HE DID NOT EVEN try to enforce it to his prospective tenant. I have an infant baby and am taking all necessary precautions and DONT NEED IGNORANT PEOPLE IN MY HOME WHO DISRESPECT HUMAN HEALTH.

Waste of time and energy.
