I join the meeting through the link sent to me but no one showed up, that's so rude.

I booked online consultation with them and nobody came to attend me. I was looking on the screen for the whole time and wasted half hour. This is very unprofessional if you cannot show up at initial consultation how you expect us to take any service with you. If you people don’t have time for consultations then don’t advertise and waste precious time of people.

Very bad customer service. They don’t have any clue on how to actually help people and get irritated when they feel you may not actually need their services. Has absolutely nothing new to share with me. The guy I spoke with actually made a rude comment like “you will have to go back to your home country.” Like who gives you the right to say that to a customer???

I was scheduled for a free consultation with Mujtaba Sarwar on Sept 18, 2024 at 01:00 PM EST. I know its a free consultation but it is something your Instagram handle advertised. Well crux of the matter is nobody turned up for the meet. I sat there staring at my computer screen for 12-15 minutes. An immigration consultant is expected to be timely, reliable, dependant and trusty but you lack in these departments I presume. Thank you for wasting my time.

You shouldn't advertise a free visa consultation only to ask for $200 for each question later. It's misleading and wastes everyone's time. Instead of just asking if someone can apply for PR, people want to know how and if they're eligible. So, be transparent about your fees upfront and offer valuable guidance from the start.

Had a session with Mojtaba but he didn't show up... Waited so long but nobody was there... I think they should respect their clients (after all we trying to free up some time for it)
