We got blinders from Ava for about 15 floor to ceiling windows most of them very wide. Great quality and customer service. They are very professional and on time. They helped us quickly figure out the best options for our house. The blinders are programmable and can be controlled from anywhere on this planet through the motors connected to the hub that they provide. I recommend saving yourself from cheap products online and lots of work and let these experts take care of it for you. Definitely recommended.

Beware of doing business with this company. We now have cracked tiles due to their incompetent installers. 1 year later and most of our motorized blinds squeak. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. It should be known that we elected for the repair as to save this family run business the cost of a full replacement which would have been very costly. When we reached out about the failure we were brushed off without a second thought and were told we were on our own. And regarding the squeaking blinds, you were told about it many months ago, you in fact sent out a technician which sprayed some silicone spray on one of the blinds, which squeaking again just like all the others that we regularly open and close.

I saw how many great 5 * reviews and said I feel great about getting them in for a quote ! We met with him and was impressed . Great price , great details and all looked great. We said yes to the service and purchase and left a deposit immediately. I know sometimes things happen but what happened next ...Even they couldn't explain. We had them come in and do a second measurement on the upper room shutters . Then we got the call that the shutters and blinds were ready ! The gentleman installing after 3 weeks is at the door ..a little late but no big deal.. He is missing the bedroom shutter and decided to tell us that when they set up another confirmation measurement of the bedroom shutter that my wife never told the measurement about the rest of the order. Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service from Ava Window & Fashion. A motor that is still under warranty stopped working within 1 year. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution. Once the sale is done, customer support is practically non-existent. Warranty commitments seem meaningless here. Would not recommend if you expect reliable after-sales service.
