Astaneh Construction

We had a great experience with Astaneh Construction renovating our condo. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire process was remarkably hands-off for us. Our project manager took care of the day-to-day management and handled most decisions effectively, only involving us when needed. They bring their own design perspective to the process, with a fairly defined point of view and a focused set of options presented upfront, along with a trusted network of quality contractors they regularly work with. We also appreciated that the upfront cost estimates were accurate, with the final costs closely reflecting what we had expected going into the project.

We recently completed a full gut renovation and had an excellent experience working with Astaneh Construction. His team was wonderful to work with every step of the way. Communication was always clear and transparent and whenever we hit a roadblock they quickly came up with thoughtful solutions. We had heard so many horror stories about how stressful renovations can be but we didn’t feel that stress at all. Everything went so smoothly. The best part is that Hamed is genuinely good people and surrounds himself with good people. At every stage we felt confident that our home was in safe hands. In the end, they delivered beautifully and on time! We’re truly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend working with them.

Astounding work. Hamed, Rana, and Ali are all amazing to work with. They took our renovation dreams and turned them into a reality. I always felt comfortable asking Hamed for his expert advice. I appreciate the care and attention they put into our home. Go with Astaneh, you won’t be disappointed! I will definitely call Hamed again for the next big project

As a professional photographer and filmmaker who has worked with many people in the construction industry, I can confidently say that Hamed Astaneh is one of the most professional and organized contractors I’ve worked with. The quality of his work is consistently high, and the clients I’ve seen working with him have been extremely satisfied. He delivers clean, detailed results that truly match the level and expectations of his clients. Hamed never cuts corners and typically uses high-quality materials in his renovation projects. His scheduling is well-planned, and projects are completed on time as promised. From our side, as a media team working with him, he has always been very professional and reliable, including being prompt and transparent with payments. Based on my experience in this city, it’s rare to find someone in the construction field who combines this level of organization,

I have used Astaneh Construction for two home renovation projects (kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation). I found the team to be professional, responsive and collaborative. They were very good at translating my vision into reality, including creative solutions to practical challenges. Of particular importance, they did not hesitate to send to back contractors to address issues to ensure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. Finally, projects were completed within the time and budget provided in the project quote.
