Went for the FUE procedure, and immediately knew I was in the best possible hands. The staff are highly professional, welcoming, and skilled at explaining things clearly. The facility is spotless and incredibly polished looking - a testament to the sort of quality and attention to detail you can expect here. The procedure itself was quite long (8 or 9 hours), and initially I was nervous - but once we began, I felt so relaxed it all ended up flying by rather quickly. I recently had a FUE hair transplant with Dr. Torgerson at the Toronto Hair Transplant Clinic and have been very pleased with the experience so far. From the first consultation through to the day of surgery and follow-up care, everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully. All of my questions were answered clearly, the procedure itself went extremely well, and the aftercare instructions and follow-up have been excellent. Although it is still early in the process, I am happy with my progress to date and feel confident that the final result will be great.

Great experience. The staff couldn't be better. Brian the coordinator from the very beginning was very helpful and handled all of my issues and concerns. He took care of everything in a very professional manner. Blake was extremely helpful and took ample time explaining things to me and included follow up communications and emails with links to answer my questions. The nurses were with me for the full 9 hour procedure and could not have been more helpful. I felt very comfortable in the establishment. I just underwent my first of three transplants and I am very much looking forward to the next ones. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a transplant.

Had the most seamless FUE procedure with Dr. Torgerson and his wonderful team in November 2025! I went to the clinic on March 2. I did not know what to expect. Any fears I had were assuaged by Brian, Doctor Cory, and Helen. They treated me with kindness. I especially appreciated Helen’s expertise as apart from a few pin pricks when the anesthetic was applied, I felt no pain (which I had feared) during the day long procedure. During my recovery over the next 10 days I felt fine. Any questions I had were promptly answered. After two weeks, hair started to grow on the transplanted area. A very positive experience!

My second visit for stage 2 FUE & again had top notch professional treatment by everyone, Dr T, Brian & a special thanks to Jeanne & Raygana who made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. I came in from out of province- worth it!

During my visit to Toronto, I had an appointment with them and had a really positive experience. My main concern was the donor area, and they explained that part very clearly, which helped me understand the procedure and know what to expect after ward. The consultation was professional, informative, and reassuring.

This is my second hair transplant at The Toronto Hair Transplant Clinic. The first one went well and thats why I went back for the second hair transplant to increase the density of my hair in the front and crown area. Dr. Torgerson, his team - Blake, Summer, Aaron, Dallas and their nurses Rachelle and Raygana took good care of me from before, during and after the surgery. Today is one week after my second hair transplant and my scalp and hair are healing well. Looking forward to see the final results of my hair...I will look like at least 10 years younger! Recently I completed a second FUE procedure at The THTC and I am pleased to report that I was even more impressed with it the second time around. I had second thoughts about this right up to the last minute. Same as the first go around. It’s a mind twist for sure. Ultimately the reward is huge. The results I had from the first round were excellent and going the second time to complete the process was the right thing to do. As far as the experience at the clinic goes, Dr. Torgerson is a gem of a gentleman. Great bedside manner. I genuinely don’t feel I could be in better hands. Absolutely amazing service. Finished an hour ahead of schedule, immaculate facilities. Even made sure my meal prep food (brown rice and tofu) was heated evenly. Couldn’t recommend more highly

Be careful and ask your questions. I went for a paid consultation and uncovered some questionable behaviour. While the clinic was visually appealing, the staff was unwilling to answer the following specific questions: 1. The level of experience of the technician who performs the surgery? 2. Whether the blades were dull metal or sharp sapphire? 3. The diameter of the needle as .6mm is the ideal. 3. Why the quote was 30% more than competitors. For example, did they offer a more advanced procedure? After 6 weeks of having my emails and calls ignored. I finally spoke to a newer associate who informed me their was no difference in the procedures, the blades were metal not sapphire, the extraction needle was .9mm, and I was unable to reserve a more skilled technician. I was then informed that I was “probably poor” for asking so many questions and this clinic was for a different kind of people

I had booked a appt for February 21and paid 150 deposit. The deposit states it is non refundable but in most cases that is usually so you don’t miss your appt or reschedule on time. I couldn’t make my appt so I called at 11:00 kk the 20th. I was told I would receive a list of dates to pick from by email. A week later I had still not received that list. My mom called for me as I was working and was told that I could come March 18 at 3:30 for consult and 7:30 for the appt. That wouldn’t work for me and they didn’t have a date that would so she asked that I be sent back the deposit. Dallas was very rude to her telling her it was non refundable. She got upset and they went back n forth. The next day I called to try to sort things out and was told the same thing that they could hold my appt for me but would not give my 150$ back. My mom then spoke again to Dallas and he was very rude. She ask

1 star may seem unusual and a bit harsh for someone who hasn't had the surgery yet but I believe in this case its warranted. I have scheduled 3 different consultations for various hair transpant surgeons around the GTA. I wanted to get a look at each ones work when meeting with them, get a feel for the surgeon themselves and understand more fully all the details involved in the services offered. Now 3 may seem a bit on the low side but I thought I would start there and only look at others if I couldn't find one I was sincerely comfortable with. Got mixed review here 9 months post OP beard transplant. On the positive side, I think the procedure itself was well done. The angles were well placed, and the graft survival rate seems like it was a good enough to call it a success. I am happy about that to give credit where it's due. However I did have some agravations that make me reluctant to choose this clinic again should I choose to top up some extra grafts in the future... The issue started on the day of procesure when the layout was drawn on my beard. I had explained before in previous appointments I did not want to change the general shape of the beard I wanted to fill in some gaps though. When the layout was drawn it seemed kind of high connecting to my mustache. I questioned it and the DR assured me it was fine.
