Armenian bakery

I am Armenian born in Canada and living in Brampton. It's very hard to find good tasting food with quality. We have tried Afghani, Iranian and other cuisines. Armenian Bistro was by far the yummiest. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic food made in a Tonir.

We ordered 12 handmade fresh khinkali dumplings to boil at home for our family, and man were they ever bursting with delicious flavour. They hit the spot perfectly. The head chef here is the same one in charge of Crystal Grand Banquet Hall's food just down the street on Dundas in Mississauga, so you know you're getting good food. This is an authentic Armenian restaurant. It also carries Armenian pressed juices, jams, Jermuk spring water and preserved goodies. Definitely stop by here for an authentic Armenian experience.

Wow! What an amazing place! I don't leave much reviews but this one hit me hard! All food brings back home memories, it has so much flavors and juice! Khachapuri and Shashlik portions are massive! One of the MUST TRY small restaurants in Toronto! Will be coming back for sure! Thank you so much guys!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Restaurant clean and well kept. Food service area well stocked and clean. Food was very high quality and delicious. I ordered the beef cheek and a beer from Armenia. The beef was melt in your mouth, gravy delicious and veg perfectly roasted. Would highly recommend for a business lunch or if you’re just looking for a high quality meal any time of the day.

Excellent restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Great service and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend!

We used Armenian Bistro to cater a baby shower for 25 guests. The food and service were fantastic! We ordered based on staff recommendations and there was plenty of variety to satisfy all dietary preferences. The portions were extremely generous and we had leftovers! A special shout out to Armen who personally made sure everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend using Armenian Bistro for your next event!

Awesome place! Delicious Kavkazi cuisine with warm atmosphere and good service.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Armenian Bistro. We ordered the chicken with rice and the Olivier salad. The chicken was extremely overcooked, dry, and completely tasteless. The Olivier salad also had a rotten smell, as if it had been sitting out or stored for far too long. We couldn't eat it because it didn't seem fresh. Overall, the food lacked any flavor and was far below expectations. I honestly don't understand how this place has so many positive reviews, as our experience was the complete opposite. Based on the quality and freshness of the food we received, I would not recommend this restaurant. EDIT: We have ordered through Uber eats. We did not dine in and that's why were not able to express any concern regarding this. However, Uber eats customer associate replied that they usually mention these issues to a restaurant itself.

The chicken was undercooked and had a purple color. It was also very salty. As for the prices, a bottle of juice cost $9, which I found quite expensive. If you are looking for beef Kabab, this is not the right place to go, as they have beef with pork kabab only. Overall, I wouldn’t come again.

Tried Pork BBQ meal and the meat is undercooked and felt raw taste on it.. I told them it’s not fully cooked but they don’t care about it…totally disappointed. I don’t recommend to go to this place at all… If you said it’s fake then check attached picture

I was really surprised to find out this hidden gem in a area where I live and got so excited that I came there with my friend. After placing an order (I believe this dish called khinkali) we've been waiting for an hour and got our food only when we asked how much more do we need to wait (it was quite dead that day, there was only me, my friend and another couple). Okay, we've got a food, unfortunately half cold, but it was nice. Me and my friend haven't ate anything all day and when we got home both of us got really bad food poisoning. I really wish to leave a good review and comeback for more, but experience left on me another impression.

I went into the Bistro to get a quick lunch and experience the known hospitality of the Armenian people. Instead I was "greeted" by a man wearing a dirty shirt, who touched money and food without washing hands/wearing gloves. When I asked for a recommendation from him he rudely responded by saying everything is labeled and did not recommend any dishes that were most popular. I wanted to experience the hospitality of Armenia instead experience the complete rudeness that was present in the USSR bistros. Will not be returning here and would not recommend to visit. there are other Bistro's with friendly staff and amazing food. I am very disappointment with my experience here and urge management to provide training on how to properly interact with clients.

I ordered pork and lamb bbq, the meat was juicy, soft and tasty.

Delicious chicken lula with rice, roasted veggies, garnishes, exemplary service.

Get the beef cheeks and grilled veg for a nice hearty meal.
