(NOTE: THE VENUE IS IN THE TALL WHITE BUILDING THAT IS SOUTH-EAST OF BAY AND QUEEN INTERSECTION, ON 8TH FLOOR!!!). The food is very nice and please t, the chicken had a soft melt in your mouth texture and the rice was super tasty. The servers are very nice and like to assist you consistently. The tableware is super neat and fancy as well. The lighting is perfect and they can adjust it as well. Nice place! Just wish the dance floor was a bit bigger. Also, the washrooms are SUPER clean and smell great!!!

Good venue. Have attended multiple events here. Try to sit in the middle of the room as the edges make it hard to see the centre stage. Had some trouble hearing speakers, but not sure if A/V is in house or changes by event. The food is just okay, although they do try to make it interesting visually and in combining the dishes.

Went to a charity Event in this space a few years in a row (minus Covid years). There is a ton of construction around the place so not the easiest to find. Inside the space is large, comfortable (space and temperature) with great acoustics. Bathrooms were clean and wait staff are friendly and hard working. It’s a popular place for weddings.

Beautiful place. The space is slightly tight to move around. Almost felt like a packed club in my 20s but this was a third party company event and potentially wasn't planned according to attendance. So be warry of how many you invite. The upper balcony level was the best. Less crowded. Could move around better and there was a bar so didn't have to go down to get a drink. Staff was friendly. Overall good experience. The 1 less star is for the narrowness of it. Could have had 2 entrances rather than 1 for better flow and safety. Acoustics were good.

About the venue it’s decent but not that classy as I expected to be according to the price they charge you for ... We visited this place yesterday for new year eve celebration I have more to say about the event than a place About the event held yesterday at 9 pm on 8th floor we are very disappointed with service and would like to have a refund not sure whose management it was but considering it’s Arcadian court not up to the standards, would like to have refund Although it was new year eve so everyone seem to enjoy it No ATMs and no posting of CASH Only before you reach to the destination

My sister-in-law recently held her wedding here and although it was visually beautiful, the staff provided extremely poor service and handling of business. There were a number of issues like the food not being served properly (serving staff unsure of what they were doing; thoughtless mistakes like hot soup with baguette slices left on tables before guests arrived to get cold), and the staff and management were rude and dishonest (even in light of legal agreements being broken). I would not recommend this location for anyone hoping to leave with pleasant memories of any monumental milestone in their lives.

This place is falling apart. Terrible and deceitful management. The lowest of the low service. Their go-to AV company Encore is equally inadequate. This place needs a major overhaul in staff and venue. Never again. NEGATIVE ZERO STARS should be an option as a review.

They dont know what they are doing ! I was personally in the wedding for sara and Emanuel asare and I would see the wifes mother doing the workers jobs when she should e enjoying her daughters wedding that only happens once! That is not acceptable pluss they are over priced and they do not specialize in weddings if they know this then why! And for their prices the mother or anyone who is attending the wedding should not be doing the workers jobs very unprofessional do not book your wedding with them !!!!!!

Used to be good. Terrible management appointed by an egotistical HOA president.

Th banquet team assisting with my seated breakfast event was excellent and very courteous. Attention to detail and following a tight schedule worked out great. Shout out to Daniel and Jay for their excellent service today.

I was here for the Toronto Arts Foundation's Awards. Such a beautiful venue!!!

This was such an Amazing space. I wish more people knew about. It's great for all kinds of events.
