Aquadent Dental Care(Dr.Siamak Sadeghlou)

I’ve had a very positive experience with Aquadent Dental Care. It’s a highly professional clinic offering services in English, Turkish, and Persian, which makes communication very easy and comfortable. Dr. Siamak and Dr. Ehsan are both very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Jasmine is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help find a solution whenever needed. Hakan also does an excellent job with patient relations and follow-up, making sure you feel well taken care of throughout the process. Overall, Aquadent has a professional and caring team you can truly trust when it comes to your dental care. Thank you to the entire team for your attention, care, and great service. I went to Aqua Dental Office to have my teeth cleaned, and once again I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Hakan helped arrange everything smoothly as always. Jasmin welcomed me with her warm smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. I’m usually nervous about dental visits, but the team is always so kind and reassuring. Sheri assisted me during the appointment and explained each step clearly. My teeth cleaning was done very gently I didn’t feel any pain at all. The doctor was very careful and professional, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and attentive. Thank you all again for such a positive experience!

My experience at this clinic was extremely distressing and, in my opinion, unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Hakan handled my CDCP application and told me he would notify me when it was approved. About 10 days later, he said my coverage was active and invited me to book treatment. However, the temporary filling caused unbearable pain. Since the clinic was closed on Monday, I had to seek urgent treatment elsewhere. When I called Hakan, he said he couldn’t help me, but later that evening told me my CDCP approval still needed five more days. Because of this contradictory information, I had to pay for emergency treatment elsewhere. A few days later, I visited the clinic to obtain my 11-digit CDCP number. Hakan gave me an incorrect final digit and said I might not be able to log in, claiming approval still needed another 10 days. The other clinic identified the number as incorrect, an

Absolutely horrible experience. My girlfriend suffered unbearable pain for an entire week after a temporary filling and eventually had to go to another clinic for a root canal. On top of that, the person who assisted us initially said our CDCP insurance would be active in 5 days. When we returned to the clinic, we were given a CDCP number that turned out to be fake and were then told it would take 10 days for the insurance to become active. The constantly changing information and the pain my girlfriend went through were completely unacceptable. We have completely lost our trust in this clinic. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I visited this dental clinic for the first time, and we both had a great experience. The dentist and the entire team were very friendly, professional, and caring. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you to the entire team!

Horrible to deal with. Went in for a check up and they told me to wait a few days for a receipt & follow up on how to go about treating my tooth (which the dentist told me should take no longer than 2-3 days). I had to email them first asking them for my receipt, and after that, they've only given me several emails telling me to "wait." They've now stalled for 2 weeks and aren't replying to my emails. I'm sure the dentists are great but Jasmine Milani with the emails is horrible. Their response only came after I posted this review. Shameless.

I'm disappointed that my first bill was never cleared, after I asked the front desk numerous times to please claim the outstanding balance from my insurance company. After 4 months of being told not to worry about it and that they would call my insurance company asap, I finally checked with my insurance company, and claims were never made or attempted to be made. I finally paid off my outstanding balance, but their receptionist refuses to reply back to my emails about confirming whether they received the payment or not. I am not someone who wants to mess with late payments or overdue bills. I take this seriously and this office apparently doesn't. I left the review here as I'm hoping Aquadent can see this message and get back to me on a timely matter, as my attempts at contacting them were not working.

I had too bad experience with dr siamak sadeghlo and his assistant(jasmine milani) They took my information,they lied to the insurance company about what they did. I went to them just for a tooth cleaning and they told me you should pay 200$ now.while they told the insurance company that they took radiography eight times. And for other dental work They took 1150$from my insurance.I trusted them but they cheated on my information.They are deceivers.

They performed a procedure on my healthy tooth instead of the decayed one, and also a staff member named Hakan was rude and kicked me out of the clinic. It's a disgrace.
