Ansarian Dental Clinic

I’ve been coming to Ansarian Dental Clinic for a few years now and I’ve always felt extremely taken care of. On day one, they arranged a thorough dental plan for me and it’s been exciting to see the progress while simultaneously being kept informed of what’s actually going on. Sometimes the dentist can feel scary but I’ve always felt comfortable here. The dentists, assistants, hygienists and front desk staff are all welcoming and so lovely.

Dr. Ansarian and his team are fantastic. I’ve been going to their clinic for over three years, and I’ve always been very happy with the quality of care and service they provide, from routine cleanings and fillings to extractions. The entire team is professional, friendly, and caring, and the front desk staff are always welcoming and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Ansarian and his team.

The atmosphere at Ansarian Dental is clean and soothing. They have brought together a full team of dental specialists, which was the main reason I chose them. The dentists are highly skilled and truly attentive to patients' comfort and peace of mind. I am grateful to Dr. Ansarian for diagnosing the cause of my chronic tooth pain. I also want to thank Dr. Ehsan for performing two very smooth root canal procedures, and Dr. Milad for filling my teeth and restoring their aesthetic appeal. I had a wonderful experience with my dentist Dr Keivan and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. The quality of care and service I received was excellent, and everything was explained clearly. The kindest staff. I am terrified of the dentist but they made my visit so comfortable. The office itself is so beautiful. Walking in the doors it felt like a library. The washrooms are gorgeous. The procedures I’ve had here (a filling and a hygienic cleaning) were both done so quickly, efficiently, and as painless as it could be lol. I’m beyond impressed

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ansarian and his team. He created my porcelain veneers with such precision and care, and the result is incredibly natural and beautiful. He is truly a perfectionist and took the time to make sure every detail was exactly right. Nina was warm, supportive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process, and Freddy was always professional, attentive, and kind. I absolutely love my teeth and couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m so grateful to Dr. Ansarian and the entire team.

I am deeply concerned by the misleading billing and aggressive sales tactics at this practice. After a routine cleaning, I was told I needed a "complimentary" post-cleanup checkup and polishing. However, they went ahead and billed my insurance separately for both services without my consent when I declined their intense sales pitches for Invisalign and a $300 antibiotic. These unauthorized billings against my insurance completely exhausted my limited yearly coverage and causing me significant out-of-pocket financial strain. I formally reported these unauthorized billing discrepancies to my insurance provider. Following their review, the insurance company has formally flagged this office and is actively reversing the unauthorized charges. Please monitor your benefit statements closely if you visit this location.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing cleaning experience. I have had numerous cleanings in Canada, and my experience with Mrs. Soo Lyun was disaster. After two years of visiting this clinic, this incident has negatively affected my opinion of the clinic. I never go back to this Clinic.

When I went there in January 2025 I was told that I needed to do 3 crowns and I was surprised because my previous dentist didn’t tell me anything about it. Thanks God I refused the crowns and went to another dentist and he said I didn’t need them. Had I agreed to do them, it would’ve cost me an arm and a leg. This clinic only cares about milking your insurance to the death as well as your pocket. Do not recommend.

I should have read the other 1 star reviews first, they were right…went here for a cleaning, then told I needed additional cleaning in two session, then a check up after the second cleaning. Concerned about the cost, I called to cancel the check up. I was assured there was no cost so kept it, arrived for the appointment and confirmed no cost 3 times. The following day, my insurance had been billed. I called up and was twice told it was an error, they’d reverse it and call my insurance/call me back. No call back and no reversal. Third time calling, I was told there was meant to be a charge, they’d look into what happened and call me back. They didn’t. I contacted my insurance to have it reversed. Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest, just straight up lying multiple times and clearly gouging insurance. Their attitude was “insurance pays” - even pushing me for more treatment I knew my i

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM. I will share my story with you. They made me take four exams (570CAD), see three different doctors because the idea was to extract the molars. I wait for two weeks for the appointment and on the moment of the surgery they told me (in a rude way) they can only extract me 2 molars and they need to make more exams to see if they can extract the last 2 so it will be 3 more appointments at least. Why you did not make that exam on the first time? Do not play with people time like that. People is busy and you can’t waste their time as you want. Prices are so high. I will recommend you to check another places. I am completely sure other places has reasonable prices and better quality of workers. I can share with you the prices that they charge me. Way much for that service.

The entire team is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, and the clinic has a beautiful atmosphere with modern, high-quality equipment. The doctors are amazing and make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire visit. A special shout-out to Melika, the dental assistant, for being so kind, caring, and attentive - she truly makes a difference! Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
