I must say I contacted quite a few companies , and there response was quick. Their technician Jose was amazing and showed me the broken Actuator to the good one. I even had to change the service time and Omed was happy to change it. Thank you Air PAC a customer from Mississauga 👏😀

AVOID. Air Pac Heating & Cooling installed a Mitsubishi cold-climate ductless heat pump for our primary bedroom/ensuite area. We paid more for that brand because Omid wrote that it would have better support. It's been over a month of trying to get Mitsubishi to explain why the fan never stops even when there is a specific setting to do that, and why the app does not work alongside the remote control. Omid has no pull with them at all and requires constant nudges. The team did not submit the right postal code for the Home Renovation Savings rebate and it was delayed.
