Honest, efficient and reliable Service date: June 10 Car issue: exhaust work Initial visit was June 9: Reza was prompt and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner. From inquiry to parts ordering to appointment making Service was scheduled the next day. They did a free diagnostic complete with photos and videos (this is very important as most dealerships don’t do this). The work was done before the end of the day. Problem solved! Coming back for other services to be done. Thank you Reza and team!

The excellent level of service and attention to detail is well worth taking your vehicle to this location of Active Green + Ross. Rob at the desk is very good at explaining what needs to be done and why, and the mechanics do a great job. They caught a leak in my radiator and had it replaced under warranty saving me a lot of money. They go above and beyond, they even removed a dent in my front bumper and didn't charge me. In today's world that kind of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated!

Excellent service from Reza at Active Green + Ross! My air suspension broke right before a long weekend, and he accommodated me last minute without hesitation. My car was fixed in just 5 hours — way faster than I expected. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Reza if you need work done here!

Easy booking, sometimes walk-in available, great service, I swapped my winter tire, changed oil, and some other minor stuffs. 1.5 hours.

I got my brakes roaders and other items done on my car. Rob was honest about what needed to be done and why. He helped me with the payment plan app and made sure I was comfortable with it. When it came to the price of some additional parts Rob and his colleagues went above and beyond to get it done within my budget Every step of the way Rob called me to inform me the progress or something he noticed on the car. I need to add to this review on May 11,2026. Very well managed. Transparency is awesome. Figured out what I needed. How to get a part for cheaper. Expect to pay 30-50% more for services then a normal mechanic. You would think they would put extra care and attention for the upcharge right? I wouldn't mind paying more if they did things right........ No, they messed up a simple oil change. They didn't secure the oil draining plug gasket and it leaked everywhere. when fluid started appearing under my car shortly after the change I had it checked out by a mechanic friend and the bottom of the car had pools of oil. They can't do a simple oil change right, don't trust them with your car. (they did offer 50% off a subsequent oil change in response to me telling them, but why would I trust them after they screwed up on literally the first service I ever did with them....)

I came in for an oil change and was charged $150 when the price was $99 plus tax. They ripped me off and justify it saying I was notified of this before purchase, which was not the case. This is the last time I take my vehicle to these money hungry ripoff service centres. As you can see from the report, none of their recommendations was responsible for the price difference. They justified that themselves by saying my car needed a “different” oil than other cars: Take your vehicle to independent mechanics save your money. Please pay attention to negative reviews. $150 for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. I played double the amount of a normal oil change. Avoid a business that posts your car report as a way to justify their greed.

Do not go to this location it is a rip off. I came to fix my leaking tire in July. They put a plug in it instead of fixing it properly. I paid 60 dollars plus tax, It leaked again this week. I went back to my own mechanic who showed me what they did. My mechanic then fixed it properly. I will never ever go back to Active Green and Ross. So stupid of them to think that people are ignorant. I should have listened to my neighbor and my brother who told me to stay away from them . Please Stay away.

What scam artists... i brought in my fathers dinged up escape. I wanted to get it safetied and back on the road. They gave me a whole list of issues to meet minimum safety. 1 of the biggest items was that the radiator was leaking and needs to be replaced. Total repair was going to be about $9,000 I ended up going to another mechanic, Total repair cost was $1500, he specifically checked the raidiator and it was in perfect condition. Active is just a SCAM! Edit: they called complaining my review could effect their business. Stated I must have missed understood them. We had a written quote. Let's hope others were saved by my review. Please like my post to show you were saved.

Be careful setting appointments over the phone. They lie to you about pricing of tires and then when you show up they start with "actualy this and that is extra". Wated my time coming there just to find out its going to be almost $ extra400
