A dental practice you can genuinely trust. I’ve had an excellent experience with this practice and would recommend them without hesitation. What stands out most is how much the entire team genuinely cares. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel like you’re in very good hands. The doctor is truly exceptional. I do not recommend this dental office under any circumstances due to my extremely bad experience. Several months ago, I visited the clinic for pain in one tooth. Instead of focusing on that tooth, they insisted on a full check-up, took many X-rays, and claimed all my teeth needed treatment, most of which was not urgent. Whenever I asked questions, I was told to “let us proceed in our own order,” which forced me to visit multiple times while my pain worsened. After treatments on other teeth, the original pain continued and spread throughout my entire jaw. At one point, a root-canal treated tooth became severely inflamed and turned black, and I was told it was due to lemon or sour food 😳— an unprofessional and illogical explanation. It is unreasonable and unprofessional to suggest that a tooth which was root-canal treated two or three months earlier would turn black because of lemon or s

I have called this Dental institution today regarding composite veneers. The receptionist talked to me in Persian ( only English), then she pushed for a consultation when I asked to confirm the service availability. She said, "What do you need?"I have never come across such an unhinged Dental operation where the standards are BELOW ZERO and give a receptionist the audacity to speak to a new CANADIAN patient in such a manner. Rude, Ignorant, Unprofessional - they called me back, I hung up. No business required 100%
