Worst experience ever, I feel that this dental clinic really prioritizes money over quality service. For example, last year my tooth was fine, but they decided to do a filling because they wanted to get paid by the government. The filler was black but they just changed it to white because they did not like its color. but even after a year or so, I still get sensitivity with tap water and it’s really uncomfortable. Also, the receptionist service is terrible. I remember going in for a cleaning a few months ago. They told me to be at the clinic at 6:15 twice but when I arrived there she said you had to be here at 6:30, I just realized she doesn’t know her work well. Then I ended up waiting for over an hour and even another patient was waiting for two hours. I ended up being treated at 8 PM. This shows their poor customer service. Moreover, recently my mom went there for a composite repair,

I ignored all the warnings about this office because I believe everyone deserves a fair chance. Turns out, people weren’t exaggerating. The office looked dirty, cluttered, and completely disorganized, definitely not what you’d expect from a place that’s supposed to care about hygiene. Dr. Farah was wearing what appeared to be regular home clothes instead of medical scrubs, and the strong smell of cigarette smoke on her was impossible to ignore. What stood out even more was the way the staff were treated. The atmosphere was incredibly tense, and Dr. Farah spoke to employees in a way that made everyone look uncomfortable. I understand that clinics can sometimes be busy, but waiting over an hour after a scheduled appointment is too much. I hope the clinic can improve its scheduling system and respect patients’ time better in the future. Thank you for understanding.

Worst experience ever! I called in advance to check the price for reattach a retainer and after consulting the doctor they told me it would be from 80 to 120 dollars. I asked twice if they would charge me anything else, a consultation fee or anything but they reaffirmed it would be only the 80 to 120. We went to the appointment and after no more than 30 minutes of service, they tried to charge me almost 400 dollars. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. I tried arguing with them but the lady that I believe is the owner didn’t allow us to talk, cutting us all the time and told us that she could give us some discount and charge “only” 200.

I’d strongly advise staying away from this clinic. Dental work isn't like bad food that you can just throw away—enter at your own risk!
